Excellent service and decent food but I feel like it could have been a bit better for the price. 60 bucks for two burgers, a drink and a beer are a little ridiculous.

Griffin, Ga needs better cooks! The meat was burnt like charcoal. The rice was crunchy and not cooked, corn was raw! Order was missing salad dressing, steak sauce... it was nasty!Update... although my food wasn't good, Longhorn reached out to me and wanted to make it right by offering me another meal. That speaks volume for management. I will take them up on another meal in the future and Update my review honestly. Thank you for caring about customer concerns.

I waited at the entrance for six or seven minutes to be seated. The manager walked past me twice without a word. When the hostess finally addressed me she sat me in the back of a nearly empty restaurant near the bathroom.I found a hair baked into my bread. Even the server had to acknowledge that this must have been sent to their store like this. The same manager from earlier brought my salad, but he seemed bothered when my wife asked for extra dressing. This was really just a chance to see if he would address the hair issue, he didn't.My steak was overcooked, but nearly burnt on the outside. Additionally, there was little to no seasoning on the steak. I didn't even want it after the first two bites. The fire roasted corn must be an acquired taste, obviously I don't have that. My wife's fries were cold for her hamburger dinner, she did get a new hott replacement, but I couldn't even waste my time or my wife's trying to get them to fix my steak. This location may be off my chosen radar for a while and beyond.I must say this is the first time I've had a problem here in Griffin.I hate that they got rid of the bone in Pork Chops, because even as a BIG steak eater, I use to love their Pork Chops.Mr an

Got seated quickly. I ordered a hamburger. A little undercooked. My wife ordered a ribeye. No flavor and chewy. Poor quality cut of meat

Update: I've included pics of the Salad from my 2 most recent visits. This location has clearly decreased the amount of Greens provided in their Salad. The amount us dismal to see the least. You can see the bottom of the bowl by just looking down at the bowl. The meals cost too much to get such meager rations. I've also noticed that the shrimp chowder is more watered down and has very little shrimp and the other ingredients that give the dish sustenance. The food is still good, but it's giving skimpy. My favorite dining spot. Great food. Great drink options. Wonderful service. Parmessan crusted chicken is the best!

Great food great service. Tonight I got the salad with fried chicken and ranch. The chicken fingers were really good. They were tender and juicy and their ranch was delicious. Only negative thing is I called and asked how long the wait was for 2 people and they told me 10 minutes. I was only right across the street so I went straight there, took less than 5 minutes. Went inside to put my name on the list and she said it was a 25 minute wait.Update 01/11/23I usually either get the filet mignon or the ribeye cooked medium. Either one is really good and tender and it's always cooked perfectly. I also get the parmesan crusted broccoli. I definitely recommend you try it. We went on a Wednesday this time and there wasn't any wait.Update 07/20/23Tonight I got the ribeye medium and it was cooked perfectly. I got it with parmesan crusted broccoli and a side salad. Everything was delicious except there was way too much dressing on the salad. Next time I'll remember to tell them to put it on the side. Our server was great. We got our drinks and bread right away and got our orders taken. Only negative thing I can say is I wish she had cleared some of the dirty dishes from the table because it was pretty cramped with all the dirty dishes on the table.Update 04/06/24This place has the BEST chicken sandwiches. They're not on the menu but they still have them and they're always huge and so delicious. Definitely try one! We also got the cheesecake tonight. First time ever getting the cheesecake here and it was AMAZING. It was big and round, not a triangle slice. It was drizzled with caramel and had candied pecans that just made it perfect. I don't have a reason to go back to cheesecake factory now that I've tried this cheesecake. I'd much rather have this one, it was perfect.

We were in a hurry and Amber did a great job getting everything out to us in a very timely manner. The food was great, and so many of the staff wished us a good evening as we left that we felt like family.

Excellent experience. You have to try the lamb with crusted Parmesan cheese. It was good.

Longhorn is the same no matter where you go (in my experience). I enjoyed the Parmesan crusted chicken. It has a lot of flavor. The Brussels sprouts were a hit with my crew, who all said was enough to be a meal in itself.I find a lot of their food extremely salty (and I love salt). To the point of my mouth tingling after I leave and I'm very thirsty.I don't like the honey butter served with their bread. The Peach sangria is delightful.Staff were very nice.
