This is one of the few I venture into any more. Customer service is so poor now days at these restraints it's sad that it is this way with a good product. When I was young they put the BEST IN THE DRIVE THRU! I was one of them because of my personality. Today you will be LUCKY TO GET A SMILE OUT OF THEM? The kids today have 0 respect! That's the problem period! Make it harder on them, they will respect you! TRUST ME! They come to you for the job!

Went today to this McDonald’s. And no, no, no. Never again. Requested extra pickles and was charged for them. Even order a kid’s hamburger WITHOUT cheese due to daughter having a milk allergy. Found out when we got home that our order was wrong. Not only did I get charged for pickles and not get them my daughter’s burger had cheese. Attempted to call the restaurant to have it fixed and the number has been disconnected. My daughter’s milk allergy is not where you scrape...
