Rico Cafe is a hidden gem in the city, offering great service and food cooked to order. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and serves delicious meals, including cheeseburgers and Philly Steak and Cheese. The staff is sweet and welcoming, making for a great dining experience. Although some dishes may be a bit pricey, the quality and flavor make up for it. The Philly cheesesteaks are a highlight, and the owners, a husband-and-wife team, provide excellent service. Despite some minor flaws, Rico Cafe is a great spot to visit again and again.
