Salted Caramel Mocha is my new jam!! The cold foam and sea salt floated on the beverage were new to me but sooooooo on point. The pleasant, young male barista explained the beverage well and constructed it even better. He even offered to remake it if the desired sweetness was less than... It was perfection!

New Yearâs Day was absolutely my last time coming to this location. Idk if it was the coffee or the fact that the whipped cream was the 90% of the drink. I told the young lady at the window , my drink , that I get everyday , did not taste right. In fact i ended up getting sick the SAME DAY! She not only snitched the drink back from me ( I didnât want anyways ) but slammed the window with an attitude. Gave me a new drink & The replacement drink was no better than the one before . Iâll stick to Kroger Starbucks from now on.
I love this location. I typically go here when I visit with my mom. She enjoys hot coffee. I prefer non-dairy chai đ.

My friend went in to get our coffee because I had a work call. After I was done with my work call 30 minutes later my friend still hadnât come out. I went in to see what happened. I saw many cars come and go through the drive-thru. I go in and we asked about our order. The lady was rude and annoyed we were asking. She said she didnât have our order. I ask for a refund because at this point itâs been over 40 minutes and we needed to be somewhere. The manager asked where we placed the order. We said right here at the counter. The rude lady said oh I thought it was a mobile order. She asked that when we checked on the order and we told her it was placed at the counter. They wasted 45 minutes of our time and we never even got our coffee. This is by far the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had.

It's very rare that I receive good customer service at Starbucks. The batistas are hardly ever friendly and just about always have an attitude. I'm just going to give a shout out the girl at the window that was pleasant â¤ď¸, but as for the manager...she needs to work on her attitude. Also, tried to order the holiday drink so I could get my red cup that everyone raves about, but they were out of their holiday drinks all over the app...then tried to hold onto the red cup like they're gold. It was also my birthday and this was a bad experience. Do better corporate and managers.
