Teriyaki Express Grill ,Chinese & Wings

I ordered the hot wings. They were not hot. They also gave me ketchup packages that were already touched by another diners sticky hands . $15.66 for 10 wings and fries (no drink).

I cannot believe the value proposition for this place. Just had it for the first time, and spent over $20 per plate for my wife and I. She got the sweet and sour chicken, and I got the General Tso’s chicken. Both our plates included fried rice that was not very flavorful, and both our chickens were over cooked and chewy.

The cheese wontons were deep fried pieces of rubber with no filling and they were close to $8 for 7 of them. 7!!! Over $1 a piece for a snack/appetizer.

If the food was more reasonably priced, most of these things wouldn’t be an issue. I’m just shocked we spent $20+ PER PLATE and this was the quality of food we got.

The only redeeming thing was the egg rolls. Those were bomb.

Second time getting food here. Both times there cheese ragoons had zero filling in them. I also got the hibachi chicken and steak. Very overcooked and plain. Not worth the price whatsoever.

I used to love to eat here, but not anymore. The last couple of tomrd the food was mediocre, but giving the benefit of the doubt I tried again, thinking everyone has an off day. Today will be my last try. My husband picked up dinner and it was inedible. I had the beef hibachi, he had shrimp. This is far worse than mediocre, it's disgusting. The rice tasted old, rancid, and like is sat for a week. The meat had a greasy weird smell. I took one bite and threw it away, as did my husband with his. There needs to be new management or something, a deep clean of the entire place, and offer fresh food again. Just sad to see how bad it's become.

Taste and texture I has the hibachi shrimp. Shrimp was ok, rice ok but the vegetables and until sauce seem to have a perfume taste. Veggies were over cooked.
Eggrolls were not your regular texture and taste either.
They need to taste their own food and make improvements otherwise their business will sink

Food was horrible! My food was remade twice but still tasted spoiled. No manager available to assist or correct issue! Would not eat here!

I have to give a shout out to the owner and staff for this place ❤️. Usually really great customer service and the food is always just about perfect. If there is ever an issue, they'll fix it without complaint! I also love get that they have scriptures on the walls...that definitely adds a sentimental touch❤️. Thank you guys!

Food was good. Portions between the Chinese bows and plates need work. They charge $2 extra for the plate that holds the same amount of food as the bowl.

I ordered the shrimp and chicken hibachi and it was so nasty. The shrimp and chicken was overcooked. The rice had a wax taste . First and absolutely last time I ever eat here.

I ordered 2 chicken and steak hibachi and 1 shrimp hibachi and it was absolutely awful the steak was burnt and the rice tasted like wax very disappointed with this and this was my first time eating at this restaurant and I will NEVER return again

Fried rice tasted straight like peanuts

Place the order on the phone to pick up. I ordered a teriyaki steak shrimp and chicken and a hibachi steak shrimp and chicken when I got there. I asked him if when was hibachi cause I wanted my hibachi and I wanted to make sure they give me the Yum Yum sauce. The young guy at the counter was very rude and kind of just shrugged his shoulders in a smart way and said yeah so when I finally brought my food home both or Teriyaki’s no hibachi and no Yum Yum sauce when I caught up there, the manager was even more rude. I will never go back and eat this place again Buyer beware
