Came in this morning (Grovetown, Ga location) july 1st around 10:00am. It wasn't busy. The door was wide open due to them still working on the building I guess. There were flies flying in (pretty gross) but anyways we ordered 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches with turkey sausage. 3 orders of hash browns and 2 normal hot coffees.
We got our food and left. While driving off I opened my sandwich to take a bite LOL the sourdough bread was not toasted like the picture shows on...read full review
Terrible customer service and lack of care. Too many people working and not enough leadership. They couldn’t listen to my order at the speaker. They also, couldn’t listen to my order in person at the window either….. I will not be giving any more money to this establishment!
So thankful for the sweet employee at Dunkin. I walked outside after getting my latte and as soon as I stepped off the side walk, down it went.
She graciously gave me a new one and told me to have a blessed day! Sweet people like that deserve a shout out!
