The food was great! However, I have to agree that the customer service lacks. Being our first time, no one greeted us until we said hi, that is when the young man said order at the counter. As we are eating one employee sat and watched her phone with the volume on high.Then she started talking loudly to someone in the back. No one ever came to our table to check to see how we liked it or.asked if we needed anything. I have to say the food was yummy. They just need to pay more...
Had a great shrimp burrito here. The guac was bland (pretty much just smashed avocado with cilantro) but my baby loved it. I wish I hadn't tipped as much as I had because I didn't realize you bus your own table after eating. Will update as I go again.

We were in town for an event at the high school and found El Primo based on the good reviews. The food was pretty good, but this is the most expensive cheap Mexican food we’ve had in a long time. Expect styrofoam containers and plastic baskets for your food, but sit down restaurant prices. And they charge you for everything. No free chips here. Food 4/5. Value 2/5.
