This place as a building is just like any other Waffle House..but man I went in there on Christmas Day when it was literally the only thing open they had this place running like a well oiled machine and it was PACKED!!! Customers dining in and take out and door dash all these orders were going out in a timely fashion you couldn’t ask for anything better if I could tip them $100 each I would have outstanding job ladies and gentleman!“

“Starting getting the Greeter, she was grinding to get everyone seated during Valentine's breakfast which was packed. She kept tabs on everyone waiting, constantly updating us on our wait time and assuring every one would be seated asap. From the bar to the servers the service was top notch and friendly all the way around. Great experience and it's got a great vibe. On top of all that the food was great. Started with the sweet and salty beignets... Amazing. Then I had the uncle Benny and my wife had country Benny, all outstanding. Highly recommend and will be back.“

“I received my food fast with friendly service. I placed my order online, When I went in to pick up my order, I was informed that I was their first online order. The sales associates celebrated me being the stores first online order. That celebration and friendly customer service made my day. The food was made fresh and hot. The store was clean and not super cold inside. This was my daughters first waffle house experience. She loved the food and is looking forward to eating there in the future.“
“A Good Spirit In A Waffle House!I have eaten breakfast twice at the Waffle House at 1480 Jonesboro Rd, McDonough, GA. The last time a ate breakfast at this Waffle House I had an early flight out on a Sunday morning. What a great experience! When I entered the door, I was greeted with a warm smile by Ashley. She quickly got me seated and ready to order. Another warm face showed up, Koko. Everyone working was in a pleasure mood and singing. This didn’t feel like your normal restaurant. I watched as other customers came into the door and they were receiving a similar experience. Ashley’s job was clearing tables vs. waiting on tables. She cleared the tables with such a positive spirit, I wanted to help clear table. ? How could Waffle House find good people and have them all working at the same store on the same shift? I got to meet the manager of this Waffle House, Traci. After a two minute chat with Traci, I knew she was the “unicorn” at this store. “I have always loved this location, they are always fast and friendly. I don't like that their phone was taken away and now you have to place takeout orders online. Especially since their website doesn't let you order a la carte items like scrambled eggs by themselves, so I had to add those on when I arrived.“
