“This is a small, very homey place, with basic, good quality food for a fair price. Since it was my first time, I had the breakfast bowl w/ potatoes & sausage. The eggs were fresh, the sausage had a good char on it from the grill, & the potatoes were well seasoned, but not greasy. The servings were just the right size to fill you up, without leaving you in a carb coma. They had plastic ware instead of silverware, but the bowls & coffee cups were real ceramics, so they're spending their money on the right things. The staff were very friendly, & were able to chat with customers while still providing efficient service. On my next visit, I will be willing to trust them with fish & grits!“

“Very nice IHOP. Perfect food as I ordered it: spinach and mushroom omelette, hold the hollandaise, and those always perfect pancakes. My companion requested crisp bacon but it was overdone. This was corrected with replacement bacon quickly and graciously, but I would say you may want to consider less than crisp bacon, or get sausage instead. Very big and clean restaurant. I'd definitely go back.“

“The recent renovation in this location solved one problem but created another in my opinion. I assume an upgrade to the ac system was made because it is now comfortable where as before it was freezing cold. However a portion of the seating was taken out, some smaller booths were replaced with larger ones and the bar on the west side of the cash register was expanded. Everyone including me thinks the changes on the west side of the store are not logical. It decreased seating in booths and jammed in more seating at the low bar. Where there were three smaller booths before, there are only chairs that I assume are for people waiting. They may be needed in busy periods but why reduce the seating at booths. Also the chairs at the low bar are very close together. People who are not there together do not want to be crammed in so close side by side based on my thoughts and what I hear. I eat there 3 times a week and love the food, the cooks and the servers. The seating renovation does not make sense to me and to most everyone I have talked to about it, including many regulars like me.“

Not only did she take my order over the phone while my aunt was there, she also notified me while parked outside that my order was ready. Before your drinks were empty, he came back to check. He brought all condiments and making sure that you had everything available. When you first started your meal. Was this a racial thing since everyone working there was black and me and my granddaughter are white we left went to WH on Tara Blvd and was welcomed in and Our order was taken right away and served.“

“I had an excellent experience at the IHOP at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. The waitress (I sort of remember her name sounding like Tanisha but I could be wrong) provided outstanding service from the moment I walked in. She greeted me right away and told everyone walking in that if we wanted to eat there, we could sit anywhere and she would come over to take our order.

What really stood out was that she seemed to be doing everything—greeting customers, taking orders, serving, handling the register, and checking on tables. Despite being so busy, she remained friendly, attentive, and professional.

I especially appreciated the genuine conversation and the way she made me feel welcomed rather than rushed. She truly went above and beyond, and her service made our experience memorable. IHOP is fortunate to have someone who takes such pride in caring for customers. Excellent service!

“We got there on a Saturday morning. We were able to seat immediately, and we had the best waiter ever. His name was Riley, and he was so nice. He took good care of us. “Ended up coming here after quite an eventful Sunday morning. When we walked in, it was already very busy and there were people waiting for tables to open up. Christophe did an excellent job trying to keep track of the order of people coming in as he was also cleaning tables that had just opened back up. Once we did get sat, Jada provided us with wonderful service. She was very attentive to us, and her bubbly demeanor was refreshing after a tough morning.

As we were leaving, Christophe noticed that my grandmother was having a bit of trouble getting herself to stand out of the booth, and he did not hesitate to offer her help even though he was still busy clearing tables and sitting other groups who were waiting. He was incredibly sweet and it delighted my grandmother (and myself) that he cared enough to help.“
