I’m sorry but is it normal to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I have literally been sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. It’s only three cars in the drive thru line.
I come here frequently and never have issues. This last encounter felt different but in a good way. Melissa Ann (the manager) is obviously a good woman to work for. There were at least 6 young ppl working inside and their customer service was excellent! Which is rare. They were pleasant and working together. You could see the 'teamwork' in them. Made my heart smile! Great job
