IHOP provides a welcoming atmosphere with great service and delicious food. The restaurant serves fluffy waffles and good grits, and the staff is helpful and dedicated. The manager Mr. Hudson is great, kind, and helpful. The owner is extremely nice, very respectful, and makes the experience a great one. The service is excellent and friendly, though sometimes there is a long wait on food and an order can be wrong. The food is decent, but the quantity is very small for some items like the biscuits and gravy. The place is cleaner than any IHOP in a while, creating a wonderful overall experience. The management team supports the staff to ensure superb customer service.
