The girl at the register had her headphones in and no one greeted me, but The milk tea tastes fine but their boba is either really old or they just don’t know how to properly make it because it was hard.

Drinks are good, I like how some of the fruit teas have fruit in them, but they charge an extra $2 for no ice when their health inspection score was docked for slimy mold-like substance in the ice machines.... that alone encourages me to be a customer at other milk tea locations as opposed to King Kong even if King Kong is more conveniently located, because I don't want to be forced to pay extra $ because the place the place has dirty ice and I want to avoid said dirty ice.

I've tried some of the food (rangoon and calamari) before and it's good taste-wise but tends to send me to the bathroom pretty fast. Sometimes the cashiers try to charge you for something that's already included in the drink so make sure you pay attention to what you order and how they ring it up, otherwise you'll be paying extra.

Otherwise, the customer service is usually good and the atmosphere is pretty laidback overall. Usually the bobaristas make my drink as I request, but sometimes (seems like it's usually the newer employees), they give me a hard time about my requested ice level, which is a minor inconvenience.

Drinks are good, can never try the food because the kitchen is always closed. They advertise the kitchen closes at 8:40pm but I’ve gone around 6-7 multiple times and kitchen is always closed

Very quick. I really liked the place a lot I come there with friends sometimes. But I went by myself today had a hard day today and this place made me feel a lot better the atmosphere was good. I liked how they have music playing I was in and out.

Amazing smoothies and milk shakes. My first time trying them and will definitely be back. Very flavorful and thick, but still drinkable. I want to try the bubble waffles next.

The place was clean and the employees were really nice, accommodating, and patient. I got the mango monster smoothie without whip cream and it tasted really good. Definitely want to come back and try other flavors.

I ordered 2 smoothies: one pina colada and one pineapple melon. I drank one that day and forgot the other in the fridge for about 3 days! Both were AMAZING!!!!! Now I will stock up with at least 3 the next time.
