The pizza reminded me of the early 2000s with its authentic taste and high-quality ingredients—just like the Pizza Hut I used to love. Unfortunately, after waiting for 30+ minutes, the order still wasn’t ready. Ruby, the manager saw my frustration and offered to make things right. She could’ve ignored the situation, but she chose to value my patronage by acknowledging the mishap. That’s true customer service! Beyond that, the food was delicious. Mellow Mushroom is one of the few places that offer a vegan option for pizza in this area. Both it and the vegan pretzels were fantastic. Hot take: the lemonade here is better than Chick-fil-a lemonade!
