“I have to share with you how marvelous the staff at Your Pie are. I ordered my usual custom pizza on the app, but had some trouble before I could get it to go through. When I got there, the young lady asked me if I really intended to order a cheese pizza--because that is what came through--but she knew that I usually get something much more elaborate... SO, they didn't do the cheese pizza, but waited for me to come, so they could check first. I was SO STUNNED AND GRATEFUL that they pay such close attention to their customers! 🏆 The leadership here clearly sets the tone for that amazing service. Dwayne, the manager, is a fantastic leader who knows how to engage with customers and run a happy, cohesive team that creates a genuinely positive atmosphere.

🍲 As for the menu, the chef is an absolute genius. I had the seasonal Miso Crunch Grain Bowl, and it was everything you want a dish to be: healthy, filling, perfectly balanced, and packed with a serious depth of flavor.

🍸 And, the cocktails! Oscar, the savant mixologist who designs the drink menu, has truly outdone himself with unique, creative, and balanced flavors. Boxcar has an excellent craft beer menu, but you must try their cocktails as well because they are divine.

🍹Kristi, our bartender, crafted them to absolute perfection. Do yourself a favor and order the Toasted Coconut Margarita, it is literally a tropical island getaway in a glass.🤪

“Love walking over here for solid selections of non-alcoholic & THC bevvies. Dozens of beer selections on draft or solid range of canned craft. There’s a lot of range of wines bottled or draft, but I don’t really drink that frequently. Sake selection is also solid. Can’t sample here since it looks like it’s a package store, but seasoned bartenders usually give solid recs and can help point you in the right direction. They have giveaways frequently on IG and haven’t won one yet but trying (pls pick me)!!! Super chill spot.“

The coffee was excellent, Lavender Haze on the Taylor’s menu was chefs kiss! They were even kind enough to make my 8 year old a Taylor’s version hot chocolate with a little lavender in it! Food was delicious! We will absolutely be back on our next Atlanta visit!“

“Small Place at the end of terminal A. Found it because I googled food options and trusted the ratings. Devoured the chicken schnitzel which was absolutely delicious. It’s on a bed of shredded potatoes and tasted fresh, crunchy, and juicy. I would give 5 stars even if it wouldn’t be at an airport. Finding this kind of food at an airport should qualify for ten stars.“

“A good place to grab a drink and a snack, but as a spot for dinner it falls a little short. They have a great drink list and the appetizers we tried were delicious. Service was also spot on, we were well taken care of.

I think where this place really shines is the drinks and light dishes. We both had a glass of wine and a cocktail and all were good. Obviously the drink list caters more towards wine, but there is something for everyone here.

The small plates were also very good. We had the egg and the beef tartar. Both were good quality, good flavor, really cant say anything wrong about them. The egg was like a medium boiled egg split in two with accoutrements on top. I was expecting more of a miller union style egg, but this was still really good. My wife also thought the fries were the best fries she has ever had.

Here is where things start to break down. Dinner was... fine. We had the poulet and the sea bream. Both left something to be desired. The sauce on the chicken was overly gelatinous and approaching the consistency of caramel. The flavor was also nothing fantastic, almost just like a fancy bbq sauce. The fish, while good, had a really really odd plating and now that I think back on it bordered on comical (see pics). It was basically served in a light broth with a TON of carrots underneath, and it just didn't make much sense for the price point it was at.

Atmosphere sadly has typical to all the trendy spots these days, a little loud, a little too big, and just an overall feeling of impersonal. It's almost like all these places are over operationalized without enough thought given to personal interactions, everything feels artificial.

All that being said, I still think this is worth a visit and I give it 5 stars assuming that you are going for a drink and a light meal.“

“All I can say is wow! I suffer from gout and did a little research and found that mead has lower purines than IPAs, especially Hazy IPAs. I had previously had mead at festivals but after having Dragon’s Nectar and being able to drink more than 1 because of gout flare ups, I am hooked and can’t wait to expand my mead consumption. I was able to drink 4 devils nectar with zero adverse affects and what’s even better? I enjoyed the taste, the buzz and zero hangover. Regardless if you suffer from gout, if you haven’t experienced mead or it’s been a long time since you had it, I highly suggest giving it a try.“

“This place was great! After an experience next door we crashed here and was NOT disappointed. We were greeted and reviewed the menu. Ordered the eggplant parmesan, meatballs, pizza and wine. We sat at the bar in front of the wood fire ovens. Got to watch our meals being prepared and had the most pleasant conversation with the pizza makers. The meatballs were FIRE! They were amazing, wonderful combo of meats and hand made…AMAZING. The pizza was also just the best pizza I have had in a long time. They finish with actual Italian olive oil which took the experience to another level. Then oh whoa almost forgot about their dessert. We ordered the pistachio cake and tiramisu. WOW, the dessert was simply beautiful and perfect amount of sweetness. Everything was fresh and amazing. All the employees there were wonderful welcoming and kind. Such a great place! “We've found some solid burger joints around Atlanta, and Smiley's Burger Club is right up there with the best of them. Their burgers are top notch—every bite shows they care about quality. Service is great too. Fair warning: it's pricier than your typical burger spot, but if you're in the mood for an exceptional burger, it's worth the splurge. “This place is great! The selection of beers is impressive and the prices are as well. There are no flights available but you can get 4oz samplers, 4 samplers for $10 which is great. You can spend a whole evening here just trying new flavors with the approx 50 different choices available. There’s some outdoor seating available which is nice since it’s a lot calmer outside. “My friend and I were starving and although we were surrounded with bars most of them had stopped serving food. Luckily Ormsby's was still open and we were able to catch the kitchen at the last minute. Joshua got us a table and put in our order just in time for the kitchen. He's a host and he definitely didn't have to do that. We were so grateful. Then we met our actual server Joseph. Let me tell you as a fellow industry worker, I have so much respect for the way this man can work a room. He was so friendly and took exceptional care of us despite how busy the bar was. My friend had never been to Ormsby's and now she can't stop talking about it. The food was great, but we're definitely coming back to see Joseph. Next time we'll get there earlier. :)“

“After all my years in Atlanta I finally had the chance to experience Park Tavern. After a day in the park, I told my friends I wanted wings. They advised that the wings at Park Tavern were good and we should go. Of course I am always game for trying new places, thus we walk across the grass and into the Tavern. Immediately upon walking in I am in awe of the amount of space, this establishment does not look this big from the outside. However, it is hugeeeeeeeeeee!!! As the weather was beautiful and the atmosphere on the covered patio was vibrant, we decided to sit in that area. Park Tavern has a almost “Self-Serve” kind of setup and I love it. You go to the bar to place your order. Upon placing your order they take your cell number as they may text you when your food is ready to be picked up. Once you receive the text which states “This is Park Tavern! Your food is ready!” you head to the second bar and pick up your order, grab your utensils and condiments and head back to your seat. This flow works so well and is to the benefit of myself as a customer as well as the establishment as a whole. With the staff shortages that are plaguing the Atlanta area, this model is aligned to work to the benefit of all! (In my personal opinion!) I decided to get the 10 piece wings “Hot” with a side of Tater Tots. Once my food was ready, I immediately went to pick it up. I emphasize the word “immediately” as though there was no delay in my time from advisory of food readiness to pick up, my tater tot’s were already cool. I won’t say cold, however, they were cooler than room temperature but two steps above cold. However, for a non fresh hot tater tot they were still good. I can only imagine how good they would be had they been fresh out the grease. My wings were amazing. Super meaty, well done, and well seasoned. The “Hot” isn’t super hot but has a perfect spicy kick to it that enhances the flavor profile of the wing and seasonings. The wings weren’t too greasy and truly are worth a trip back for another order. LoL!! Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Park Tavern. The bar staff was friendly and all smiles, and the ambiance of the Tavern was very chill and laid back. Perfect spot for a good meal with friends or a laid back date.“
