The Dunkin' location offers quick and warm service, with the coffee described as one of the best tasting. This location stands out as one of the best in America, with a loyal customer base. However, some recent reviews mention the store is less vibrant, with blank grey walls and no music or digital boards, making it feel bland and not very cozy. The seating arrangement creates a large empty space in the middle, adding to the less warm atmosphere. While the staff is generally friendly and helpful, some customers found them less nice than at other locations. The donuts are still well-made and fresh, and the store offers green tea, nitro, and other coffees on tap. Recent experiences with breakfast items, like the $6 breakfast, received mixed reviews, with some finding the portions small and the presentation disappointing, but others enjoyed the egg sandwiches and the strawberry latte. Overall, the location maintains a good standard of cleanliness and service, even as it faces some criticism for its less lively ambiance.
