“I was looking for smoothies but walked in Urban Spout not really knowing what I wanted to eat. But definitely wasn't looking to have a salad. But I decided to try it out because of all the different toppings that was displayed. It was looking good and freshly put. But before I started to decide what I was going to have. The staff had such a warm welcome. They all was so kind to the point I felt like I was at home almost. The way they welcomed me I had to try the food not knowing still if I would like it. I never get salad because I'm 110lbs so salad for me is always off the table. So anyways the salad was the best decision I made today for lunch and I swear I will be back. Thanks to all the staff there. they really made my day. Also I recommend every one to go and you will know I'm not kidding 💯💓♥️♥️♥️“

They offer unique seasonal options for sauces and I love that they will give you the sauce and dressings on the side and you can administer it yourself. Fell in love with the jerk sauce Summer 2025 and I can’t wait to stop by again to try what’s new for fall 2025. Smart concept, quick service, healthy food, and lastly, I love the fact that they offer MOUTHWASH in the restroom.“

First the vibes of this place are perfect.
Now the black cold brew was a perfect color and equally delicious. The matcha with Ube cold foam was almost perfect. My only critique is it is a bit gritty when mixed in with the drink but the flavor made up for that tiny flaw. Overall and perfect combo and a perfect spot to try if you are in Atlanta.“

“John deserves a special shout out here for incredible hospitality and customer service!! I’ve lived in Atlanta for a while and found E+Rose while living on the belt line and quickly fell in love with their fresh, healthy, and crave-able food! I rarely leave reviews but my experience this past week becoming a “regular” at their midtown location is worth noting!! I was relocating for work and staying in a hotel while my items are being moved, and I’m so happy I was able to walk to E+Rose everyday for food that actually makes you feel good. I basically got the Be True bowl with the cold foam cold brew every day haha they are SO good!!! But more importantly than the actual menu are the folks working here!! I’m a yapper and loved chatting with the staff beyond a simple “hello” that is all too common in today’s digital world. Genuinely was the cherry on top to my final week living in ATL! Thank you for your kindness and positivity :)“

Super healthy. Ingredients you haven’t heard of maybe. I think there is a small grocery area in the back too. I stay 30 min away. Worth the drive. “the new options for spicy chicken, cornbread and carolina gold sauce are all delicious. flavors in the food here are on point, and the price is reasonable for the quality and serving size. being healthier is just a bonus, cause the flavors remind me more of comfort food more than health food.“

The whole team was so nice and accommodating, making sure everyone was taken care of, and having a live DJ there just added the perfect pop to the whole event! “We came from SoCal so we have to eat healthy salads everywhere we go 😂😂😂 We are frequent eaters from SG and this one does not disappoint, especially with its prime location to be within Ponce City Market and nearby public park. We ordered two summer special bowls “Summer Market Bowl” and “Picnic bowl”. Both were excellent but I would recommend Picnic Bowl as it seems a more fulfilling option.“

“The shrimp alfredo is really good! Yes it is in an apartment complex, little off putting at first but this woman is super sweet! Despite the bad reviews, real food will go tough after a couple hours, this woman can't control others actions! She communicated with us well and answered every call! She also let us know she is getting a store very soon, which I will definitely be visiting! My boyfriend and I are very satisfied and wish nothing but the best for this woman! Definitely recommend.“
