“I have to give a HUGE shout out to the Manage and employees at this location. We had ordered online for Thanksgiving. When my husband got there it was 2:15 and tapped on the drive thru window because we did not know they closed at 2pm. The manager talked to him and told him that they did not get the order but not to worry they would get the order done. The manager and employees made fresh chicken and stayed after they were supposed to. It is not often that you find good customer service anymore. We know it was Thanksgiving and these employees were ready to get home to their families. I want to personally thank you for going above and beyond. You could have just given the money back and I would not have blamed you a bit. But you guys stayed and did the order. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! Amazing management and staff!!!“
