Casa Rica Family Mexican Restaurant

Clearly the best Mexican in town. Large portions, great flavor and service was really good. When it was time go we were out qui k and I appreciated that.
Will go again

I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Casa Rica Family Mexican Restaurant, but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations.

First, there were no clear signs directing customers to the restrooms. I felt uncomfortable having to ask where they were, and a simple sign would have made the experience more welcoming. Once in the restroom, I also noticed the soap dispenser was confusing. It was not motion activated, and there was no indication that you had to push it to dispense soap. Because of that, I didn’t realize how it worked at first and ended up washing my hands without soap.

The biggest disappointment was my taco salad bowl. The shell was extremely soggy because there was a large amount of water collected inside the bowl. Why is there water in my salad bowl!!!!! A taco bowl should not have water! Maybe have a layer of beans or another ingredient at the bottom to help protect the shell, but that was missing. The excess water made the shell lose its texture, and unfortunately the flavor of the dish was also lacking. Bland with no seasoning.

I hope the restaurant takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve. Better signage, clearer restroom details, and more attention to food preparation could make a big difference in the overall customer experience.

Our family enjoyed dinner here and the service was fast! Pretty busy at 630pm which was the best expected.

Attended a birthday party here with friends. The food was great and the service went above and beyond. They even brought out a whipped cream pie intending to smash it in Kassie's face, but she wouldn't allow them - and they sang Happy Birthday.

This place was great! Me and my group had a great time, and the food was amazing. They were super busy, given it was a Saturday evening, but they still got us taken care of, seated, and our food to us lightning fast! I definitely recommend going here if you're in the area!

The young lady at the register was very rude time we walked in. Our food was cold and the cheese dip was watery. When we were checking out the same girl was rude again. We will never eat here again I don’t know how they stay in business!!

Best service and food around! I pick up food nearly every Friday after work and even on a busy night it’s always amazing! 10/10 recommend!

The Mexican Restaurant is so good that the restaurant is very clean and nice to visit, I really like the people who enjoy here eating it, it is very cool to eat here, thank you.

This is a nice restaurant to eat with either for a quick drop in or a nice sit down meal. The atmosphere is nice, the food was delicious, the service was great and the pricing for today's market was very very reasonable.
