Nice relaxed place to have a casual meal, staff is great

Ordered shrimp hibachi and 2 sushi rolls...no one but us were in the restaurant when we came in. We received chicken hibachi instead of the shrimp that we ordered and the waitress didn't even apologize. As for the sushi rolls...received them about 15min after we got the chicken and had to ask 3 times about the miso soup that came with the sushi when it was supposed to be served first. When asked about the wait, the waitress admitted to putting in someone else's order before ours even though we ordered a good 10min before the other 2 customers. When paying, we mentioned our complaints to the manager who was making the register and she didn't even bother to apologize but instead told us that we should've eaten somewhere else and that we shouldn't come back even though we were trying to be polite as possible despite the poor service. After that I was no longer polite and flat out said that we weren't ever coming back unless the manager is fired and obviously didn't tip due to this. Place needed some serious cleaning too...seats, tables, and floors rather sticky and torn and a fly was buzzing around. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

I’m from out of town and stopped in Kobe for an early dinner. The food was very good and the service even better. The waitress (Hayden) was very attentive and engaging. She made the experience very enjoyable for the entire family. We will definitely stop back in.

I went for the Sushi 🍱 lunch special they have! And I have to admit, it was all very delicious and well prepared! I’ll definitely be eating here again! 🥰

This is a nice little place. Food was pretty good. Steak and shrimp teriyaki, and hibachi shrimp and scallops. Both with noodles. Very generous portions. Our server was very nice and stopped by several times to check on us. I gave atmosphere 3 stars because there are about 8 or 9 booths and almost every one of them had large rips on the seats with stuffing coming out. They also do a lot of take out.
We would definitely go back.

Chicken and shrimp were chewy. Mushrooms were good. Rice tasted weird; dry but greasy at the same time. Not fresh. Spring rolls were good but also greasy. Miso soup was ok but seemed old as the seaweed had already become slimy. Beef was ok but no broccoli or zuchini in it which was disappointing.

So I’ve been eating steak and shrimp here for a while and never got sick but I ask for a steak and shrimp yesterday it wasn’t the steak I normally have but I ate it I have food poisoning😑
