I am very disappointed tonight. Just picked up 3 plates. Price was $54 plus I added a tip on top of that. Yes I did order a 3 meat plate and 2 one meat so I expect it to be more, but there portions sizes are drastically smaller. Before I could eat on a plate atleast 2-3 times 2 of them would have been heavy meals. This go round it is just barely enough for 2 meals. Taste is still got but quantity was not there. I don't mind the increase in price I understand things cost more but should still have the same portion.

A hibachi steak and shrimp getting a 50% mark up from around 12$ to 18$ is insane, it’s good but not 20$ a plate good

I just called at 6:15 p.m. Just to be placed on hold and listen to an employee talk with a customer. I hung up after waiting 10 mins and called back to get placed on hold again while the same lady still talking with customer so I hung up again. At 6:20 pm called again placed order and get told 20 mins it will be ready. At that point I would be late for work so I had to cancel my order. If she would've taken my order at 6:15 pm instead of placing me on hold while talking about her personal life, I could've enjoyed me a good meal before work.
