Visited Hartwell about a week ago and ate at Kobe with my friends. This was the only place I went out to eat and 2 days later I got so sick.

Mrs. Umble has a favorite, and this is it. Need one closer to home!

The waitress took our order. We waited a reasonable amount of time. She brought two plates out and both were wrong. She took them back, walked around a few minutes, brought three plates to our table, all three were wrong. She then told me mine was right, I was just missing broccoli. Still wrong lady. My son’s was completely wrong and my husband’s was wrong with 3 added vegetables that he didn’t ask for. She never apologized or even attempted to make it right. The waitress that walked past after we got up and left apologized for her. Never had service this bad here!

Great staff, great food and super fast as usual. Our food was on the table less than 5 minutes after ordering. Will definitely be back.

This place is heavily infested with roach bugs.

This has become a weekly place to dine. They have a variety of food and the food is phenomenal. The prices are so affordable and the staff is so friendly. The atmosphere here makes me feel at home the whole vibe I get is caring, attentive, and all around good folks.

The lady at the window slammed the window when I didn't tip her for handing me my food and got home and realized they gave me the wrong order. The food was very bland and not that good.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside however huge portions made fresh, compliments to the chef…everything was delicious. From one foodie to another give this place a day in court!

Super speedy service and amazing food for the price!

Found this great Japanese restaurant, Kobe Express ,and our waitress Madeline was so kind and very polite. The special,Teriyaki chicken,was a large portion and we will enjoy it again. Best prices around. First time in this town and so glad we chose here.
