Had a delightful experience here. Food and service was great. A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for here.

We went on a Thursday night around 6:00 p.m.. We had made reservations but arrived early and we're still seated right away. Our server was Rachel and she did an amazing job explaining the menu and options and specials for the night. Our appetizer and meal was amazing. We did not wait long on our food or our appetizer. Our drinks stayed full and we never felt pressured or rushed. We brought our dessert home to eat here because we were so full we could not eat it there. We would highly recommend a visit here. If you were going on the weekend. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time.

We went to Latin Flavors for our anniversary. There was only one other couple dining that night (1/12/2023). It's a large dining room but we were seated directly beside each other! It was also this other couple's anniversary. They removed our wine glasses since various wine (bottle) choices we desired from their wine list were not in stock. Along with salads, we ordered a tomahawk steak and lobster mac & cheese to share. The manager served us himself smacking the entire bowl of mac & cheese down in front of me and this huge steak in front of my husband. I asked for plates (it says to share right on the menu). He brought one plate! My husband ate off the steak platter while I scraped some mac & cheese onto it with my fork. With no plate, no serving spoon and no wine glasses it was feeling odd. We both wanted dessert and Baileys coffee to finish. Our coffee was lukewarm served in glass mugs and just one dessert to share. Oh well, it's a happy occasion and we were super happy to find out our daughters made arrangements with the manager to cover the bill. But oops they messed up and credited the OTHER couple beside us and they had already left! True story! Our bill was $400 with tip! Mayhem ensued for the next 20 minutes but the manager didn't come talk to us at all so we finally left.

A spectacular dining experience. The salmon dish was absolutely mouthwatering delicious……Served with tasty mashed potatoes and asparagus. The Ahi Tuna was cooked perfectly, an amazing dish filled with flavor…. Sautéed spinach and fingerling potatoes rounded out this dish. Kudos to the Chef. The service was the best I’ve had in recent times. The server, Destiny, was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. The servers assistant, Ivan, was a very pleasant young man, very engaging and cared about our dining experience. This restaurant is amazing! A must visit if you are in downtown Hartwell!Parking: Super easy parking.

It was a bit of a rough start, but I’m glad I stayed. 2 of us walk in at 5:30 for our 5:45 reservation. There’s only 2 tables with patrons already seated. There was a couple in the lobby already and the hostess greeted us all. The two in front of us said they had a 6pm reservation for 4. We all stood there for a few minutes and the rest of the party of 4 arrived. The party of 4 was seated first. We then stand there basically just staring at the hostess while she makes us wait until exactly 5:45 to sit us? I almost left. Imagine just standing there staring at an almost empty restaurant and not being seated. Perhaps it was our casual attire versus the group of 4.The food and table service was excellent. Our steaks were wonderful (thanks, Rachel). We just moved from Charlotte NC and this place reminded me of fine dining there. Hartwell is very lucky to have a nice place like this, I hope they appreciate and support this place. We will return… I just hope we are treated better at the door.

Usually a good experience. Not tonight. Ordered the filet medium rare and it was burnt. The owner served it without a steak knife. We asked for dinner bread like we normally get and they said he don't serve it.My wife got the salmon and it was good. We also ordered the Brussel sprouts. Good but not worth $12. I sent my steak back and then ate half my wife's meal. I told them to take the steak off my bill, that I didn't want it to go.The owner didn't return to our table, didn't apologize and acted totally oblivious of an unhappy patron. His lack of concern and/or inability to problem solve will drive business (like mine) away. This place is by far the most expensive restaurant in Hartwell. While the food is generally good, the service is mediocre at best. For what you pay to eat here it's very overpriced.Unfortunately there aren't enough other options here.

I'm glad Hartwell has a restaurant of this caliber and quality. Not many small towns can boast of a culinary treasure like this one. The filet is the best I've had in years. The rest of the menu looks outstanding as well, so my wife and I intend to return many times. You won't find an experience like this at any restaurant chain - it's worth every penny!

Quite expensive, the food is good but nothing exceptional, the dessert was excellent, a very creamy flan. The waitress was constantly offering the most expensive products to spend more and also offering extremely overpriced wines.Bastante costoso, la comida esta bien pero nada excepcional, el postre estuvo excelente un flan muy cremoso. La mesonera constantemente precionaba para gastar mas dinero ofreciendo vinos extremandamente a sobreprecio.

Came here with some friends and was pleasantly surprised, the appetizer, drinks, and dinner was fantastic. Quality that you would expect to find in big city America,. Wy wife had the scallops/shrimp risotto and I had the yellow tail tuna and both were phenomenal. We will definitely come back!

Had reservations. Sat for about 20 minutes waiting to be seated. Was somewhat early though. Waitress was good. Had a steak, could of had a better steak, as this one wasn't the best for what was paid. Hopefully it was a fluke. Will eat elsewhere. No need to hurry back.

Latin Flavors is great. My husband and I decided to go on a date night at this lovely establishment and we were more than satisfied. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and the food is delicious. Will definitely be back! Side Note. After reading other reviews I noticed they were given bread to start off with and we weren't given any. All in all I would still go back!

We will definitely come again! This is a a fine dining experience but they do have a more casual menu if you choose to sit in the bar area. Trust me, it’s worth the money! We splurged and ordered the oysters and the hubby got the Tomahawk steak which came in around 40 ounces ?yes he ate it all! The oysters were some of the freshest we have had and we are oyster connoisseurs. The tomahawk was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. I ordered a salad, baked potatoes, and mushrooms. The salad was unbeatable in flavor the dressing was incredible. We are mushroom snobs and these were tender and cooked well! If you don’t know what you’re doing they can be chewy or rubbery. Everything was flavorful and made to perfection. We ordered the papaya crème brûlée and it was light, creamy and the perfect way to end a meal. My husband is always looking for a great steak and this is the place! Unfortunately, we live 8 hours away or we would be regulars. The service was great and they keep your drinks filled and attention to detail. We will be back Hartwell!!

First time at this new restaurant... I loved it! I had the New York Strip, (which was cooked to perfection) with house fries and Chimichuri. My wife had the Salmon with asparagus & sweet potatoes, and said it was excellent. We split a Spinach salad that was very good. Staff was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was fairly posh. I had dined here when the Chicago Steak House was in this space, and this was an upgrade on many fronts: menu, food, presentation and service. The bar side of this place is set up for live music and a simpler menu. Different vibe, and a nice compliment to the restaurant.... Support this new place and keep them in Hartwell. You won't be disappointed!
