Absolutely rude. My son waited to be interviewed for a job for over 30 minutes had been asked multiple times if he had been helped by the same girl just for us to tell her the same thing until they finally just took his name and info and told him they would call him.

It is very hard to get any of their employees to acknowledge customers that go inside the restaurant. Typically, everyone I go through the drive thru I get pulled up and have to wait at least 10 minutes. That is even when I order ahead.

Waited over 30 minutes for a double cheeseburger meal, when inside , ask about my meal. She said she don't work the drive-thru, call the store spoke with two managers, one apologized, but still never offered a refund my money, WOW !!!

The service is a joke. I was asked to move to the third window and after waiting for 15 minutes I knocked on the window and asked where my food was and I was told she had no clue and she really didn't care. A little bit later they bring me my cold food

I have recordings, picture evidence of the gm, manager jasmine, and supervisor claiming they are allowed to serve half raw beef burgers. Said you can eat raw beef. They will even fire staff for flipping the burgers to cook fully and refuse to fix the grill temp. They will threaten to write you up or fire you for not following the orders of serving it so they can be quicker

Was pulled up for a 3 minute wait on fries. After 15 minutes I requested my money back. A total wait of 19 minutes and DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. Got my semi hot fries though and lukewarm burgers.
People here are very nice and the food is good but unless u have zero plans to be anywhere these 15-20 minute drive thru times are not gonna work for you I keep going back hoping it will get better today was handed my food and told to pull up to wait on my coffee 15 mins later I get the coffee 🤦🏼♂️

Y’all need to be worried about teaching your cooks to keep up and make sure the orders are correct instead of focusing on your drive time, which SUCKS too by the way.

I had to ask for my coffee I ordered because when I got my breakfast order they didn't give to me. It was good just need more concentration on orders. Maybe double check
