I hate McDonald's in Elberton Georgia. Every thing about it Sucked. Fries ? was Cold. Snobby Employees, they acted like they didn't even want to be there in the first place. And they act like You are bothering them. The window People Omg, are the worse. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE ONE IN ELBERTON GA AGAIN. And I live in Elberton. If I get the urge for McDonald's I will go to Heartwell GA. I Work to hard for My Money to Pay for less than Satisfied Service and Food. Note to McDonald's in Elberton Ga. You are in Customer Service Business. Your Customers expect to have Good Quality Customer Service and Good and Good Quality Food. No Matter what RESTORANT it is. When I Pay My Money for Sometime, I Expect to get My Money's Worth and I Expect RESPECT. Not to be treated like I'm a Bother just By being there. IT'S YOUR JOB! SIMPLE, DO IT OR QUIT!

Hartwell McDonald's suck more & more Everytime I go! So I guess that means I won't be going again. I sat in the drive thru for 34 mins and 21 seconds waiting on a McChicken and a MC flurry. I will be calling corps tomorrow! They need to improve and have a talk with there hateful manager! Customer service is awful & the food is for my dog! If you don't like you're job I'm sure there is one out there for you!

The slowest restaurant I have ever been to. The food was wrong and their shift lead, Emily, did not care that we waited over 30 minutes for one combo order. As a matter of fact, she told me they were busy and she didn’t know what she could do for me. I do not recommend this place.

Seams like each time I come here I get more and more disappointed. Order on the app waited 45 minutes for my food and had to go inside to get it from the app parking spot. Order on the app to eat inside and it asks for the table number then after over 20 minutes they softly call out my table # for me to come pick it up in a bag. Ol Ronald is not hitting on much these days!

They don't bring your food if you use the mobile app. I've sat for over 20 minutes on multiple occasions recently and had to go inside to confirm my order and get my food, or a refund.
Food was great and well made, but took a little long and had to park in a spot instead of be given food at the window.

Group of eight. Food & service great, but restaurant was filthy. Dirty tables everywhere, trash on floor, sticky all around drink machines. It was not busy. We shouldn't have had to clean our three tables, bench & chairs before eating - especially with three hungry toddlers in tow.
