This starbucks is the best! Nice open cafe with plenty of seating and always clean. The crew is always welcoming and always greet you coming and going. It’s like walking into cheers!

If I could give negative stars I would… I ordered 2 main breakfast items and they made me pull into one of the pick up order spots. Sat there for over 20 mins and finally had to go inside. When I walked in there were 2 girls sitting there on their phones .. there were 5 people standing at the counter waiting to be helped and a line at the drive thru.. They had apparently forgot about my order or just were too lazy to walk it out to the spot they made me pull into. Mind you I also have waited at the counter for a while before having to raise my voice to get someone’s attention. Employees need to be reevaluated quickly.

Ordered through doordash today and i am extremely disappointed. I ordered the oatmilk shaken expresso, and the drink is chunky, separated, and tasted like it had been sitting for a long while, like it was the left over from a bad batch of coffee. Ive ordered this drink many times before both in person and through door dash and never have I receve it like this. Absolutely a waste of money

What a difference it makes when people are friendly and welcoming! We stopped by on a road trip and were greeted so warmly by every single person in this Starbucks. The sweetest team working Saturday evening! Beautiful, clean space and great coffee too! So glad we happened to pick this particular Starbucks to stop in.

I went through the drive through today to get me a pick me up. I got the absolute BEST service i probably have ever gotten from the worker Cody. He was so genuine and friendly late this morning. I asked him to make me his favorite drink. I wanted something different and he hit the nail straight on the head. When i got to the window you could tell he genuinely loves his job. Him alone will make me continue supporting this starbucks. He turned my mood completely around. This starbucks is lucky to have somone working for them like Cody.

So, we visited family and we had been going to that starbucks since we arrived and never had an issue there with service, we would go though the Drive thru with a big order and everything was great up until we were leaving Georgia, we decided to go and get coffee before hitting the road, the employee asked for our order and we said it to them but we needed to take away a drink to add another still in the middle of ordering when someone else gets in the com and tells us that for future reference they start making the drinks as we are still ordering which sounded a bit rude and scolding so we told them that if they started the drink already that we were paying for it and to add the other drink on there cause we didn't want to cause issues in which he responded that it was fine but still in an annoyed way, then we go to the window where they give us just the straws and tell us to go wait by the rails that they will give us our drinks there and mind you there was no cars behind us at all. Then the employee brings our drinks to where we had to get out of the car to get so I made a remark saying that what is the point of a drive thru when I have to get up for the order and the employee answered something but then walked inside for the rest of the order but someone else came out saying he was Cody the manager and that what was the concern but his demeanor was more confronting than anything else.. and then excusing the fact that they were rude. Over-all it wasn't such a great experience at the end.
