My order was wrong and normally it is done over but with this lady at the drive thru, she made a face and literally stared me down as if I had to take the order. I always get my receipt, asked for it but the lady didn’t hand it to me, so, she stated one price but charged another. I go to my app(thank you STARBUCKS) and I see that I am charged a tip!! No ma’am, I did not tip her! She took it upon herself to tip! I called the store no answer. I won’t say her name here publicly but be aware when you’re paying with a card and always get your receipt!

My partner paid $8 and tipped for an order that was missing syrup. We asked to add syrup because it was missing, but was charged $1.57 for a measly drizzle of syrup that was already paid for. When we requested to kindly make the correct order, the workers messed up the same order twice.

It’s decent. Just go in the afternoon
