My order was wrong and normally it is done over but with this lady at the drive thru, she made a face and literally stared me down as if I had to take the order. I always get my receipt, asked for it but the lady didn’t hand it to me, so, she stated one price but charged another. I go to my app(thank you STARBUCKS) and I see that I am charged a tip!! No ma’am, I did not tip her! She took it upon herself to tip! I called the store no answer. I won’t say her name here publicly...

Went to claim my free drink for my birthday. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch creme Frappuccino, but they gave me a regular coffee one. It was too late before I realized as we had already left the drive thru. I couldn’t drink my drink and feel like I wasted my gift. This was all after they were out of the drink I had originally wanted.
