Taco Bell food, not much else to say. Service is a little below par. It's almost like they dislike talking to people. If you dine in use the kiosk, because if you try and go to the counter they will ignore you and talk in the kitchen about you standing their.

got my simple taco order wrong I asked for only beef cheese and sour cream and I got lettuce beef and cheese but no sour cream.

My food was delicious and warm, it was a bean burrito. The lady speaking to me was quite rude, she had an aditude, but it could be because she was almost over with her shift. Even if it was should could have been more kind. The price was reasonable for the quality. Overall it was a 6/10 the food did most of the rating.

I love Taco Bell food. Sometimes our orders are incorrect and we have to go back to get them corrected. One day, a guy there, told me my order was wrong because I didn't talk right. He didn't take any responsibility for not making it right. He was very rude.
They're 3 for 3 in the to-go line in not giving me my complete order after paying for it. Each time I get home, there are items missing. I guess I shouldn't keep giving the benefit of the doubt in getting the order right. We called to address it the last time, when 2 seperate employees hung up when asking for the manager to explain.

The night shift needs to be fired. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Employees run and hide when customers pull up to get food after 12 am even though the website and hours posted on the store say they’re open until 1-2.. they stand outside around the store smoking and being loud. The employees clock in there to play instead of actually doing their jobs.

Store hours say they close at 1AM on Sundays, drove across town to get there and the employees shut the lights off and started hiding from us and poking their heads from around the corner laughing. We Knocked on the window at the drive thru and a guy came up to it. Asked him why it says they’re open but they’re closing early and mentioned that his has happened to us several times recently. He responds back to us and says “well then you should’ve already expected it” The day shift employees and service isn’t too bad but the night crew needs to be fired.

Always good food fast and courteous service. The inside and the outside of the store is always immaculately clean.
Had the best experience. A young man by the name of Jay helped me order from the kiosk from the first time. He was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. And then he prepared my food. He is a great customer service professional. A rare find in the restaurant business today. He needs a raise!
