My experience:I going to go off record to let people know how I feel about visiting Taco Bell in Hartwell Georgia.I am going start off by saying I like eating there they got good food a good vibe too but,I go there to see this Beautiful young Black girl that works the drive thru.My God she fine.She nice and sweet as you can ask for.Knowing she probably would never give me any chance I just want her to know I drive a White Chevy SUV.Also I will respect her Privacy.I just want to thank her and let everyone know she works hard for the little money she makes.Also I would like to thank her for the respect she gives to me and every customer she comes in contact with.She is what make Taco Bell customer keep coming back.Thank you for the hard work you put in everyday you work.I don't know her name but if she every read this she will know who I am talking about.Black is Beautiful and you are that beauty that God gave you.Keep doing what you doing girl don't let anyone stop you from achieving any dreams you dream.YOU ARE BRIGHT,GOODLOOKING,AND SMART AND WELL RESPECTFUL TO PEOPLE.THANK YOU FROM A TACO BELL CUSTOMER that will total respect your privacy.I just want everyone that comes in contact with you know that you are a hard working girl that as the hold world in your hand and going somewhere in life so don't let anyone tell you any different.So Keep your head up and reach for the stars.I want to thank you again.May God continue to bless you.

Taco Bell food, not much else to say. Service is a little below par. It's almost like they dislike talking to people. If you dine in use the kiosk, because if you try and go to the counter they will ignore you and talk in the kitchen about you standing their.

got my simple taco order wrong I asked for only beef cheese and sour cream and I got lettuce beef and cheese but no sour cream.

My food was delicious and warm, it was a bean burrito. The lady speaking to me was quite rude, she had an aditude, but it could be because she was almost over with her shift. Even if it was should could have been more kind. The price was reasonable for the quality. Overall it was a 6/10 the food did most of the rating.

I love Taco Bell food. Sometimes our orders are incorrect and we have to go back to get them corrected. One day, a guy there, told me my order was wrong because I didn't talk right. He didn't take any responsibility for not making it right. He was very rude.
They're 3 for 3 in the to-go line in not giving me my complete order after paying for it. Each time I get home, there are items missing. I guess I shouldn't keep giving the benefit of the doubt in getting the order right. We called to address it the last time, when 2 seperate employees hung up when asking for the manager to explain.

The night shift needs to be fired. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Employees run and hide when customers pull up to get food after 12 am even though the website and hours posted on the store say they’re open until 1-2.. they stand outside around the store smoking and being loud. The employees clock in there to play instead of actually doing their jobs.
Store hours say they close at 1AM on Sundays, drove across town to get there and the employees shut the lights off and started hiding from us and poking their heads from around the corner laughing. We Knocked on the window at the drive thru and a guy came up to it. Asked him why it says they’re open but they’re closing early and mentioned that his has happened to us several times recently. He responds back to us and says “well then you should’ve already expected it” The day shift employees and service isn’t too bad but the night crew needs to be fired.

Had the best experience. A young man by the name of Jay helped me order from the kiosk from the first time. He was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. And then he prepared my food. He is a great customer service professional. A rare find in the restaurant business today. He needs a raise!
