The night shift needs to be fired. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Employees run and hide when customers pull up to get food after 12 am even though the website and hours posted on the store say they’re open until 1-2.. they stand outside around the store smoking and being loud. The employees clock in there to play instead of actually doing their jobs.

Store hours say they close at 1AM on Sundays, drove across town to get there and the employees shut the lights off and started hiding from us and poking their heads from around the corner laughing. We Knocked on the window at the drive thru and a guy came up to it. Asked him why it says they’re open but they’re closing early and mentioned that his has happened to us several times recently. He responds back to us and says “well then you should’ve already expected it” The day shift employees and service isn’t too bad but the night crew needs to be fired.

Had the best experience. A young man by the name of Jay helped me order from the kiosk from the first time. He was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. And then he prepared my food. He is a great customer service professional. A rare find in the restaurant business today. He needs a raise!

Wind up doing that online review through the actual Taco Bell website requested to hear back heard nothing wind up getting food poisoning customer service sucked to be honest I wouldn't even recommend this to my worst enemy
Went through the drive-through and ordered Mexican pizza a chicken Chalupa and two bean burritos. Got home the Mexican pizza and the Chalupa were greasy Where it was dripping off your hands. Never again the service at the drive-through was good though, but the food sucked.

Food was good but they were out of everything. I paid for a large cup and they several minutes after I ordered said we out of larges. Like they could've said smth or put a sign up. And they were also out of the cinnamon ball things that I paid for and they didn't say anything till I went up asked about them. Plus more.
