I went to the drive thru and sat there for 29 minutes with no one taking my order. I watched as the employees were going back and forth to the convenience store next door. I then pulled forward and the employees were sitting at the tables on their phones. I will not be back to this place again.

This place is horrible! It used to be great...the people were friendly, service was quick, you were in and out in no time. But, the new crew that's working there now... Pathetic!The last two visits for my wife and I were ridiculously bad. On both occasions we placed our order in the app, drove 20 minutes only to find they hadn't even started our order, encountered a collective don't give a damn attitude from the workers, then had to wait in the (filthy) dining area for more than an hour!A few suggestions for those of you working there...- When an order pops up from the app, perhaps you should start making it then. Time is important to people, so maybe don't leave us waiting for over an hour in your lobby.- Maybe pick up a broom and sweep that nasty floor. Wipe the counters, the tables, etc... It's not going to hurt you. It might even make you feel better, as you'll actually be EARNING your pay.- Put your phones down!- Reduce the chitter chat to less than 3,700 words per minute, because when your mouths are running non-stop it really seems to bring your hands to a creeping crawl. Re-direct that energy.- Most importantly... Give a damn! Treat people as you'd like to be treated...assuming you like being treated decently. You'll find the less you give a damn about others, the less they'll give a damn about you.In closing... I really hate leaving a review like this, it's something I rarely do. But, you folks are one of the exceptions. Do better. Be better.The food was decent, though.
You guys afraid to put the phone in service so folks can call and complain. You get paid 10.00to12.00dollars an hr.and can't do something as simple as fill an order

The online menu plainly states what comes on the items you order. However it seems each time I order from here,they leave most of it off and give half portions of the meat. Also never put sauces in the bag,ignore you at the window and are always very rude. Why they are even open is beyond me at this point. I'm not talking about the closing crew,just the mid day crew.
Tacos didn't smell right. Should have gone with my nose and I wouldn't have spent a night and the next day running to the toilet.

Brought my 10 year old niece here. As we're ordering at the kiosk two employees are standing at register saying the f word. I realize a lot of people say that word now but some of us still don't. What happened to this world showing respect? No wonder kids are the way they are now.
