Ruby's Taqueria is a hidden gem in Georgia, serving incredibly fresh and delicious Mexican/Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including the alambre and birria tacos, which are both excellent. The atmosphere is nice, with homemade tortillas grilled to perfection. The service is good, and the food quality is incredible. Ruby's has instantly become a favorite place, with tacos that are incredible, but the torta is where it's at; it is so fresh and delicious. Everything was authentic & absolutely delicious! Do not hesitate to try this place. Best. Mexican. food. ever!!!! The service was excellent.
