First time eating here at Alpine Cafe and we came for breakfast. Our wait was minimal and we got seated quickly. The food was delicious. I recommend the pancakes and the bacon is divine. Our server Michelle was friendly and very attentive. I’ll be back for sure!

Get the Grandma’s Special Breakfast Pizza, you won’t regret. I would take a picture but I ate all of it, it was that delicious. Waitress’ don’t sit around they are constantly circling to make sure water and coffee is topped off. Love it!

SLOW, so slow. Morning breakfast, less than 8 people there when we got there. More came later, but our order was in when she brought us our coffee. One order, eggs, grits, bacon. Burnt toast. Toast I would never serve anyone I knew. Burnt, hard and cold. Over $18 bucks for that with coffee. In a tourist own nearing Octoberfest, your staffing in the kitchen needs to be improved along with your control of what your restaurant is serving to the customer.

Can not tell you if the food was good or not. My wife and I arrived to location at 11am on 8/31/25. We were greeted at the porch station and was told a 5 to 10 minute wait. Which was odd cause there was 3 porch tables available at the time and about 10 to 15 tables on the inside. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked the hostess if a table was available, which I was told no not yet and at this time about 5 of 6 tables were open on the porch and almost all tables inside were empty. The staff and even the owner seemed to not care that they were wasting their time or ours. I'm glad we decided to go to the hofers Cafe instead.
