We just came in for drinks. We loved the atmosphere and it's dog friendly. The drinks were good. The staff was excellent.

Not very welcoming whatsoever. Asked for a table for 8, hostess said she 'had to ask' even though there were multiple large empty tables. Then proceeded to say they were sold out of bacon and burgers, burgers are 25% of their menu. Went to Big Daddy's and had a great time

The town is very busy for the holidays so we wouldn’t expect things to be perfect and I normally don’t post negative reviews however this was our first stop upon arriving in Helen and the hostess basically chastised my daughter for walking into the indoor part of the restaurant. Maybe she thought she was trying to skip the people in front of us or using the restroom without being customers but it wasn’t necessary and made for a negative overall experience. The menus were cool and the food was decent other than that.

I arrived at this location with my family to get some lunch and some drinks. We were a large group of 16 and the host did let us know she could not seat such a large group so we let her know we had no issue being split into different tables. She then told us she could not split up our group but that she could also not seat us as 16? We walked away very disappointed because they basically told us there was no way for us to enter.

Response to their reply: we weren’t disrespectful in any way towards your staff. Host was simply irritated and was hostile to us for no reason. Server was also rushing us into ordering with 45+ minutes before posted closing time. This made us leave without ordering anything and not wanting to ever come back

Not really sure what it’s like. Turned us away because we had 7 people. Manager made a rude face when they were asked to make an exception for the 12 year old with us. Pretty weird.

We were walking town passing this restaurant today when my daughter noticed the cute gas pump hose. I checked out the menu posted and then we continued on considering the place for later. That quickly changed by the extremely rude waitress (who we later learned was the owner’s daughter). She chased us down shouting loud and rudely that my daughter “broke the pump.” We went back as she said she was going to review footage. My husband assured her that there was no zip tie and we did not break it. We waited out front, where many patrons concurred that she was extremely rude and wrong, it was laying on the ground the whole time. She never came out. My husband and I went inside to ask if it had been reviewed. She rudely came at us again saying it wasn’t us who removed the zip tie. I asked her why she had not come out to let us know and then we spoke with the owner who turns out is her mother. She told us it would be “take care of” with her daughter. I would not eat here, rude and disrespectful to people who are just passing by. Made my daughter feel horrible. When I said she didn’t apologize—- the apology given was incredibly rude. Disappointing for a place that could have made a wrong right- clearly some lacking parenting early on in this girl’s life. We did the right thing and waited. I’ve taught my own better. Can’t speak for the food, never will.

We visited for lunch just as they were opening at noon. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my wife had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The burger was very thick and had an amazing taste. My wife enjoyed her sandwich. My in-laws split the club and said it was very good.

Everything was awesome Hannah Emily and Courtney they where service and food was so good and they put the Ga game on our TV where we sat down the game was not on that TV.
