We ate at Hofer’s on our last morning at Helen, and we wish we’d have found it sooner! The food was absolutely to die for, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They noticed my 6 year old was eating heartily and made sure he had enough, and they took overall great care of us! I live hours away from Helen and would consider driving back just to have breakfast here! If you’re going thru Helen, make sure you put Hofer’s at the very top of your list!
We ate here twice while visiting Helen, GA. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food is amazing. The corned beef hash was the best I have ever eaten. The biscuits and gravy were awesome as well. Highly recommend.
Went in today for breakfast around 10:00am. The line was fairly short, with a party of 4 and a party of 3 in front of us. We waited in line for 20 minutes, still not too bad. A party of 4 was sat, and then a table opened for the three people in front of us. BUT NOPE. As we listened to the conversation, the rest of the party was still arriving, parking their cars.
