My husband, granddaughter and I spent this past weekend in Helen . ( The Fasching parade was also taking place on this particular morning). We stayed at the Helendorf. Saturday morning we walked to Huddle House for breakfast we walked back thru the parking lots instead of taking the sidewalk as our granddaughter didn't want t climb the hill at huddle house. As we're getting ready to walk thru Wendy's lot to return to the Helendorf, some woman associate comes running out the door of your business screaming at us that we can't park in Wendy's lot.its only for customers. Well had you actually paid attention, we never had a car we walked from 2 businesses over! I was a bit too polite as we had our granddaughter and yelled back, we don't have a car we're walking back to our hotel, have a great day! Very rude and for as often as we visit Helen, we will never patronize this location!

We ordered a #2 meal a taco salad an order of fries and a coke! The burger was stale dry and lukewarm and tasted like it was old! The fries were cold hard and tasted old as well! The taco salad was horrible as well! The tomatoes were mushy the cheese was dried up and the lettuce tasted like dirt! There was no corn on it-the cup of chilli was only half full and tasted watered down-the pack of tortilla strips were crushed! This whole order was unfit for consumption! I should’ve thrown my $28 in the trash because that’s where our food went! I tried to make an official complaint to the Wendy’s website so i could rectify this without having to blast this Wendy’s publically but when I put in the store number the location did not show up! So never again will this Wendy’s location get my business

There was nothing good. This is the absolute worst fast food place I have ever been to. Walking in I went to the kiosk and ordered, my son and his wife went to the counter and ordered. They received their order and finished eating long before my order was ready. The place was a complete mess. Food, yeah and soda all over the floor. It was so bad the floor was sticky. I wanted a sweat tea. I went to the tea dispensers and they weren't labeled and one was empty. After receiving my food it didn't have tomato or onion on my burger. They said they were out but didn't tell us. My burger was like warm while my fries were cold. Like I said there was nothing good about this place.

The place was dirty, the food took a long time to get ready and there was nobody in line, all burgers were cold and the restrooms need some serious attention. We did not get the sauces in our order, and when I went to the attendant to ask for them he was rude and impatient to help.

We stopped at 9pm after placing our order on the kiosk I went to find a seat. Absolutely disgusting the whole dining area had not been cleaned. Trash everywhere employees seemed not to care. In 40 min nobody came out to even wipe a table off. 3 employees were in the kitchen huddled talking. One came and set with his gf while she ate ice cream and then took their meeting to the parking lot. Never once did he pick up a broom nor did he wipe a table off. They were not busy so that’s not an excuse, we were the only customer in the establishment.

Where do I begin… I was super surprised that Helen had a Wendy’s and was excited to eat a jr bacon cheeseburger. I just left this location after standing in line for literally 30 minutes and counting. I was told every five minutes or so that food is “right around the corner, it just needs to be cooked.” I thought that was the point of fast food? The kicker: Right as I use the bathroom and go to walk out the front door, I see the people that were behind me in line having their order taken. It felt very… off. Not a fan and will not be going back. Visit one of these local restaurants and give them your money, not a huge corporation like Wendy’s.

Bfast here has been phenom lately, WAY better than most fast food places. Hot, fresh and crispy potato crisps. Thanks for getting us overlanders fed in the am after being in the woods, we appreciate you! Whatever management is doing - keep it up!

Worst Customer Service in any Wendy's! The manager lady needs to be fired. We happened to be there on Sunday around 3 pm. Had mobile order and saw my name on screen but she says she doesn't have the order without even bothering to check the screen. Apparently my order was already ready. Very unprofessional and rude lady

The worst Wendy’s I have ever been in. We originally planned to dine in, but after seeing how trashed it was I told my husband to get it to go. There were not many customers but we still had to wait a long time. We watched the customer ahead of us go back to the counter 4 times after getting her order bc it was not right. Wanted sweet tea but settled for unsweetened bc of course the dispenser was empty. But the thing that bothered me most was seeing the person who took the money from customers proceed pick up (and touch) our fries and nuggets. We also watched one of the workers come out of the ladies room wiping her hands on her pants. One of the other customers whispered to me that he had never seen a Wendy’s so trashed. As we were pulling out of our parking spot we noticed one of the workers come out of the restaurant smoking a cigarette. He had time for smoke break but the restaurant was a wreck. Unbelievable! Helen GA Wendy’s, Sunday evening at 7:30pm.
