I really don't know where to start with this restaurant. I'm not upset with the teenagers who make minimum wage that clearly don't care about what they're doing. It's really the management. I have never seen a restaurant more mismanaged. The only reason this place is still in business is because it's the only Wendy's in a tourist destination. If there were the slightest competition, it would fold up like a summer chair or they'd actually hire Real management Whoever manages this place needs to be terminated and should never again put on a manager hat. I normally don't make these kind of complaints about fast food restaurants, but this place is So confusingly, mismanaged and terrible I felt like it was worth it

Very hit or miss. Some/few of the employees at this establishment don't have any merit. They take their time and don't respect your time, especially during rush hours. Explain to me why it takes more than 30 seconds to put papers on trays.
Kiosks are also prone to lots of errors. It couldn't process my order at all and they had to issue a refund. The cashier made me go to the kiosk machine (because it would be a minute at the register) and then reopened the register line 5 minutes later as I was waiting for the buggy kiosks.
When the food is out, it's good. It's not once in a blue moon, but it's inconsistent. Be cautious when visiting this establishment.

Wish I could give this place negative stars. My family and I were misplaced by weather in our county and had no power. Came to Helen to a hotel for the night. My daughter and her cousin went to get food from the Wendy’s here and all the employees even the manager were rude and yelling profanities from the back of the restaurant. After all of their fussing and complaining the order was still wrong and missing items. When I call back up there I’m told pretty much to bad you will have to wait until tomorrow we are closed. Even though google clearly says they are open until midnight. Terrible place terrible nasty people

Food is prepared well and tasty. Service was average for a fast food restaurant a restaurant but not bad at all. Atmosphere is just like any other Wendy's. Some torn seats but other than that it was clean.

This used to be the worst Wendy's in North Georgia by far. In the last few years, they have really turned things around. The food is fresh and accurate and it comes out much, MUCH quicker than it has years before.
The burgers keep getting smaller but more expensive. We only stopped here while we waited for our airbnb to be ready. Place was filthy. Trash all over the floor.
Ordered at drive-thru. Employees were very accommodating. The food...TERRIBLE! Two Dave's Double sandwiches and one large fry, $19. 😳 First, it was sent out as single burgers. Not what I ordered. But, they were very gracious and accommodating by taking the sandwiches back into the restaurant and slapping another patty on them, fingering through the sandwiches, and handed them back to me. Thought that was against health department rules or something. Anyway, when I got home with the food, it was cold, colder than a normal trip from town to home would make it. Open the sandwiches and realized they had two patties on them after all, only now they had 3 patties. The patties were so small and thin that I didn't even detect two patties to start. Again, 😳. They were like the patties from a small $1 burger in a kid's meal or something. Anyway, definitely not worth $7.19 each, just sandwich price. It makes me angry when I'm hungry and I spend my last $20 on crap like this, having no choice because range is currently on the brink. What the crap? Seems like this kind of thing is happening more and more these days. A lack of staff/help is no excuse for that kind service.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The service was good but the food just wasn't piping hot like you would expect it to be - except for the chili. Even the fries were kind of room temperature which is unusual. They need to make their items when you order it - not in advance so it is hot and fresh.
