Bfast here has been phenom lately, WAY better than most fast food places. Hot, fresh and crispy potato crisps. Thanks for getting us overlanders fed in the am after being in the woods, we appreciate you! Whatever management is doing - keep it up!

Worst Customer Service in any Wendy's! The manager lady needs to be fired. We happened to be there on Sunday around 3 pm. Had mobile order and saw my name on screen but she says she doesn't have the order without even bothering to check the screen. Apparently my order was already ready. Very unprofessional and rude lady

The worst Wendy’s I have ever been in. We originally planned to dine in, but after seeing how trashed it was I told my husband to get it to go. There were not many customers but we still had to wait a long time. We watched the customer ahead of us go back to the counter 4 times after getting her order bc it was not right. Wanted sweet tea but settled for unsweetened bc of course the dispenser was empty. But the thing that bothered me most was seeing the person who took the money from customers proceed pick up (and touch) our fries and nuggets. We also watched one of the workers come out of the ladies room wiping her hands on her pants. One of the other customers whispered to me that he had never seen a Wendy’s so trashed. As we were pulling out of our parking spot we noticed one of the workers come out of the restaurant smoking a cigarette. He had time for smoke break but the restaurant was a wreck. Unbelievable! Helen GA Wendy’s, Sunday evening at 7:30pm.

The food was fresh and hot! Customer service was top notch. I had to wait to check into a motel for the week and the women at the register was more that accommodating and welcoming. Not many folks will let you kill time these days. However as time went on you could tell your presence was not wanted anymore.

Manager is very rude and wont help you unless you want to drive up the drive through with a car, its literally a town thats walkable very unreasonable

Stopped here after tubing the river and holy smokes folks this is it. The chicken sandwich was like artisan crafted I’ve never!
I really don't know where to start with this restaurant. I'm not upset with the teenagers who make minimum wage that clearly don't care about what they're doing. It's really the management. I have never seen a restaurant more mismanaged. The only reason this place is still in business is because it's the only Wendy's in a tourist destination. If there were the slightest competition, it would fold up like a summer chair or they'd actually hire Real management Whoever manages this place needs to be terminated and should never again put on a manager hat. I normally don't make these kind of complaints about fast food restaurants, but this place is So confusingly, mismanaged and terrible I felt like it was worth it

Very hit or miss. Some/few of the employees at this establishment don't have any merit. They take their time and don't respect your time, especially during rush hours. Explain to me why it takes more than 30 seconds to put papers on trays.
Kiosks are also prone to lots of errors. It couldn't process my order at all and they had to issue a refund. The cashier made me go to the kiosk machine (because it would be a minute at the register) and then reopened the register line 5 minutes later as I was waiting for the buggy kiosks.
When the food is out, it's good. It's not once in a blue moon, but it's inconsistent. Be cautious when visiting this establishment.

Wish I could give this place negative stars. My family and I were misplaced by weather in our county and had no power. Came to Helen to a hotel for the night. My daughter and her cousin went to get food from the Wendy’s here and all the employees even the manager were rude and yelling profanities from the back of the restaurant. After all of their fussing and complaining the order was still wrong and missing items. When I call back up there I’m told pretty much to bad you will have to wait until tomorrow we are closed. Even though google clearly says they are open until midnight. Terrible place terrible nasty people
