I don’t ever dine in just because I have a short lunch break but every time I go through the drive thru, every one is so nice. Out of all the fast food places in hiram, this one is the best just because of the customer service. It’s rare to experience great customer service these days & I just love how kind & genuine the people are at this location!!!

Really good brisket sandwich and the white cheddar mac-n-cheese was overly delicious although out of the microwave it was cold and hot, but once mixed up it was warm enough!!

The burgers seemed to have been boiled or steamed. They should ask if you want the terrible sauce on the burger. The reuben sandwich was not grilled. We had fries and a drink. For $25.00 it was definitely not worth it.

Yesterday April 9th at 2:10pm I visited this Arby's ...I met the nicest, friendliest lady at the front counter. Great empathetic attitude, and it made my heart feel good! Just wanted management/employees, people in the community to know. I wish I lived in Hairm, but the next time in the area, I hope to see her again. ps...food was hot, the 1950s music...fantastic!

Great experience time and time again, been coming here for years now and while I'm new to leaving reviews I feel the need to do so here. Someone needs to be looking at this location and copying the recipe for the other locations in the area. The best Arby's and one of the best restaurants we come to when traveling. Consistent time and time again. Just awesome and the managers and staff really do care. Whoever is in charge of this Arby's Franchise needs to open more like this one
