Haven’t been in a long time, and now I know why- it’s so bad, bread was stale - cheese sauce was sour- cheese stir are not the same & curly fries were hard an over salted ! Wow you guys have gone downhill no wonder there closing locations

Only two ladies working for everyone when it’s super busy!! Rosa and Chelsie! Absolutely amazing! They were wonderful. It was busy as can be and they did an amazing job. They should get a raise!
This has got to be the best Arby's. Friendly service, hot fresh food and so good. I would recommend if you're craving a roast beef sandwich 👍

Visited Arby's on 10/24/25 for my mother and experienced excellent service but mixed food quality. The drive-thru service was outstanding—I was greeted promptly, and the staff, especially Hayley, was very friendly and professional. The ordering area and window were also notably clean. I ordered the Half-pound Roast Beef sandwich and large Curly Fries for a total of $11.21. The roast beef sandwich was good and tasted fresh. However, the curly fries were disappointing; they were only warm and clearly old. Overall: The excellent service couldn't completely overcome the letdown of the old, warm fries. While I appreciated the prompt and courteous staff, I came for the food. Verdict: I'll probably return, but not in the near future.

I am given them 5/5 stars. I was there twice in 2 days. Their services has been superb compare to other fast food joints. My order was mess up by Door dash and the facility offer replacement with no cost and they call me that replacement is ready too for pick up. I don't usually write a review, but experience with this Arby's has been superb.
I don’t ever dine in just because I have a short lunch break but every time I go through the drive thru, every one is so nice. Out of all the fast food places in hiram, this one is the best just because of the customer service. It’s rare to experience great customer service these days & I just love how kind & genuine the people are at this location!!!
