I was at the speaker box and they were having a hard time hear me order. I got to the window and I got my food but they didnt quite catch that i ordered a drink aswell. The lady at the window was very nice and understanding and gave it to me for free!

Had to wait for over 20mins but was good . We waited outside in the middle of a monsoon lol . It was ridiculously hilarious it's why we think we had to wait so long
Have pulled in and tried to order here on 3 separate occasions. Ea h time I wondered why there were no other vehicles in the parking lot. The location is always out of many items. Needs new managers. I am surprised this location makes enough money to remain open

I came here this afternoon through the drive through and a super sweet lady named angel took my order today, as well as last week when I stopped in, both times she was so nice and bubbly. Today I decided to write a review because she was just like ordering from a friend and not many places are like that. It usually feels like the workers hate the job and everyone they have to see. Anyways, she’s great! Thanks bonjangles

The manager Fabiola (short chubby lady with glasses and short black hair) was very rude to me when I came from the drive through in the store to adviser here that the one thing I ordered (large BO-rounds was HARD and cold). She immediately became defensive as if I had done something wrong bringing it to her attention. With an attitude saying that she just dropped them herself and refused to make me any fresh ones. I just asked for a refund and left. She has horrible people and customer services skills. She also looks very unsanitary for a manager(not groomed well). Not put together well. She look sloppy. However, Austin and Angel are the best. They are always professional nice, and they make sure my food is hot and fresh. Austin and Angel should be the managers, the actual care about the customers. They are the only reason I return to that location. Fabiola is not a good leader or a great example for other to follow. Please make Austin or Angel are promoted to manager they really care about the people and the experience.
