IF I COULD HAVE GAVE ZERO I would have.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. I first went through the drive-thru around 7:15 PM and was told they were still cooking dirty rice and that it would be a while. Since they couldn’t give me a clear time, I left and came back at 8:20 PM, this time going inside.

When I walked in, I was told they were out of dirty rice and that they were shutting things down because they only had two people working. One of the young employees was removing food from the front counter and never greeted us. He had headphones on, so I had to get his attention just to ask if they were still open. He said they didn’t close until 10:00 PM, which made the situation even more confusing.

My concern is that if you are open for business for another three hours, food should still be available and being prepared. Instead, items were being taken away, and the food that was left sitting in the window didn’t even look warm.

I understand being short-staffed, but communication, customer service, and food quality should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

My advice: Fix that Bojangles.

I won't list the problems we encountered here as there is no need to.

Bojangles management: I suggest you visit this facility anonymously and you will see what we saw.

It was sad.

We paid for our meals and dumped both in the dumpster across the street and considered it a lesson learned.

A regretful costly lesson.

Horrible!!! Like I wouldn’t serve this to a dog!! And I didn’t have time to turn around because I had somewhere to be, but after I had to do what I had to, I took my son elsewhere to get food bc he wouldn’t eat this and I don’t blame him! Do better!!!!

Placed a take out order using the app and when I went in the store to pick it up they had not even taken the order off the printer as yet. Had to wait another 10-15 minutes. They screwed up the order and gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular chicken sandwich. Not a great experience at this location.

Terrance, Paris and Aaron provided fast, excellent and very friendly service through the drive thru this morning. My order was missing one biscuit but they fixed that right away with a smile on their faces. Everyone was communicating and I could even hear Aaron hyping up the team. This was an 11/10 experience, great job!!!!

Terrance was awesome in the drive thru ! We never go there, but we decided to tonight and no regrets !!! He laughed with us and was super knowledgeable about the menu while we were trying to feed a family of 10 !!! On a Friday night ? That's good business !!

I wanted to try the promo Bo'rito so I ordered two, one with sausage and the other with their cajun filet. However, they gave me both with the filet only and charged me both the extra cost of adding the chicken, which was kinda high. But, they were delicious! I'll make sure next time just to get the sausage Bo'rito.

Food is trasshhhh, all they do is re-fry everything nothing is fresh in the morning or at night, dirty rice look like it been sitting literally stale. 👎🏽👎🏽

This was a first for me. The staff is usually very blah. However the young man at the drive thru was so very pleasant. He was also hilarious and kind. I had to pull around to wait for fresh food. It was a typical wait time for fresh food so I didn't mind. My food was hot and fresh and accurate. Bravo to the staff!

Unfortunately cleanliness was the biggest issue here. ANTS EVERYWHERE. yall need to get it together just standing around when the food is old tastes not the best and soda machine is down and dirty because ants started a colony in there. Every single table was dirty. We grabbed our food off the tray and hurried outside to eat in the car. Will not be returning.

I’d give a quarter star if I could. This Cole slaw pictured here was $5.04. That is the biggest rip off bein it ain’t even a quarter full. It’s NOT Bojangles Cole slaw AT ALL ! It taste like literal garbage and is discolored, and the smell ! The staff was terrible and uninviting as you could get and it is DISGUSTING in this store. I come from South Carolina and none of the stores over there were anything NEAR this. Their coleslaw and food is fresh and tasty and the staff is always welcomin and prompt. When I say I will NEVER step foot in this location ever again and the locations that I do go in I’m gonna show pics and tell the address and story to every single one. And also I’m seriously pissed off that you turned me into a Karen on this cause there’s no way I ain’t callin corporate.
