“I do not recommend even though they say I do. I had a burger and tater tots to go. My burger was raw inside and the tater tots were super hard and way overcooked. I couldn't even eat them.The only good thing about my order was the pickle. I don't normally write bad reviews but this is the 3rd time my to go order has been really bad. I wrote off the first 2 thinking they had a new cook or something. I allow for a bad meal or 2.I finally learned my lesson. I will no longer be eating here.“

Love how Steak ‘n Shake uses beef tallow for cooking now. Kiosk ordering was easy. Food came out fast and the customer service was excellent. We will be back.“

“Our server kamiya was sweet and kind and tried real hard. She put out ticket in and 20 mins later the cook told he did not get it. She apologized to us and retook our order and put it in again.Then the cook Mimo was getting on to her because he ended up receiving the ticket twice.Because he told her, he did not get the first one.He was getting onto her so loudly that we could hear him out here in the dining room.And then he didn't even make our food correctly, because he was so mad.And irritated, he was talking to the servers like they were trash.If this is the kind of atmosphere that we're gonna have when we come here.I do not want to come back.Somebody needs to do something about that cook.He has no right to treat those servers like that.“

“They have the best fries i had in a really long time Crunchy and hot and soft on the inside. Service is extremely quick even during rush hour and food is always fresh. Good costumer service and the shakes are also amazing. Definitely my go to spot.“
