I've left several reviews over the years. Not one positive lol. Today i decided to eat in, just to see maybe if the quality was better inside than to go. I was wrong. Again. They served me raw eggs, where I literally picked up they're raw whites in from of the waitress who gasped for air. She asked if I wanted a new eggs. I said no. Hashbrowns and even my pancakes were not fully cooked. This is what happens when you rush, and don't care. Your food shows.

I'm not sure what's going on because we didn't stay long but, there is an absolutely atrocious smell when you walk in. Something like body odor and dirty laundry. I assume it's from not being clean and idk how anyone could eat with that smell. If it smells that bad, the food probably isn't good either.

Our server kamiya was sweet and kind and tried real hard. She put out ticket in and 20 mins later the cook told he did not get it. She apologized to us and retook our order and put it in again.Then the cook Mimo was getting on to her because he ended up receiving the ticket twice.Because he told her, he did not get the first one.He was getting onto her so loudly that we could hear him out here in the dining room.And then he didn't even make our food correctly, because he was so mad.And irritated, he was talking to the servers like they were trash.If this is the kind of atmosphere that we're gonna have when we come here.I do not want to come back.Somebody needs to do something about that cook.He has no right to treat those servers like that.

Sat there for 30 minutes was never waited on. Got up to leave and was ask if we had been waited on. The whole time they walked by us numerous time without a word
We can in at 10pm the place was a mess trash all over the place. We sat here for 20 before a server even came to our table. While we was waiting on a server to come a lady came out of the back yelling for the one guy working not to sit anyone else and then went back to the back. I have never been treated this bad at a IHOP restaurant before. I worked in the fast food industry for over 30 years and there is no reason for this to happen. There was only 4 of us and only 9 customers in the whole restaurant!

My family had a great experience. My parents are 94 and my mom has dementia. My brother had taken them to IHop and mom had to go the restroom, and the very sweet waitress, Ansley, helped my mother to the restroom. She went beyond her call of duty as a waitress. Ansley was so kind and sweet and willing to assist my mother. She was truly an angel towards my family. Ansley also was a great waitress as she was courteous, caring and efficient! The food is always good here. Mom especially loves her pancakes, bacon, eggs and coffee. Thank you to the management team for hiring such an amazing young lady to represent your company!! The manager, when i called, was also extremely nice and. grateful for the complimentary phone call. :) Kudos!!!!

Seating is always quick. Service and food is usually reasonable and what you'd expect. I still come here as a vegetarian and normally only stick to hash, eggs and pancakes so by me not getting sick yet let's me know the kitchen does a good job with cleaning the grill. As for vegetarian meat, they completely took off the impossible patties. I was sad to see they no longer have those.
Cleanliness, the floors are super sticky and the tables look as about as clean as the rags used to ckean them. It would do good to close for 24hrs to do a deep clean. The bathroom floor was twice as sticky and there seemed to be a tb overflow as there was water on the floor.
Bathroom. Now. There was a worker in the stall on her phone. I could hear her videos playing. Even though she washed her hands when she came out... keep in mind 'your phone is out in the stall while you are using the bathroom'. This is gross. 'You may glance at and touch your phone when you're not waiting on someone and then go back to touching people's plates and drinks'. That is not sanitary.
