Mediocre service.
Waitress was horrible she disappeared often in the back room smoking her vape more than working or caring about the customers. Used to go there couple times a week thinking about going someplace else if this terrible service continues
Bad experience over all, slow service, server not attentive at all, they treat costumers like the costumers owes them something, ihop food is too good to have service like this, I have been a a costumer and I have also been there to pick up DoorDash orders and people work there like they don’t care about costumer service, tonight my wife went there to pick up a DoorDash order and the server or the person in charge was completely rude. If you don’t like working then you might as well stay home. If you don’t like your job, look for something else. Bad experience always, we have given this place a chance many times looking to have a better service, and unfortunately nothing changes, this is how businesses go down the drain.
These two entitled losers just walked in with their dog in their arms and the staff sat them beside us. What is wrong with people? Why would IHOP allow this?
If you happen to be allergic to dogs, don't come here.

Health department should look into this. Mabe everyone should bring their pets, apparently it's ok.

My husband and I visited here a few days ago. The food was terrible and the customer service was awful. My husband ordered the Chicken and Waffles; chicken was very dark and hard. We reordered, only to get the same thing ; chicken dark and overcooked. This was totally unacceptable. The waitress acted as though she did not want to be there. I would not recommend this location. Totally disgusting food and lack of professionalism.
I would like to give an update on this review. I received a message asking for my telephone so that someone may reach out to me in reference to my experience. As of today, I have not received a response. This says very little about this location. I absolutely will not be patronizing this location anytime in the near future. Not worth the headache.
As of today, I have not received any type of correspondence from anyone regarding our visit.
One of the better IHOP’s I have been to in the state. I’ve been to this location on numerous occasions and now I only ask for Misti. We came in for my daughter’s bday and waited almost 35min at a table and not a single server came up to us. Then Misti came along, moved us to one of her tables and took care of us. She’s one of those people who serving is much more than just a job for her but a love language. I’ve had her multiple times now and each time she makes us feel like family. She’s so hardworking and always goes above and beyond for you. She’s kind and speaks life into you as she is serving you. My kids love her, I love her and she’s definitely the reason I keep coming back to this location specifically. I can’t thank her enough for her energy and being a positive light in this world. And of course the food was good too lol.
I just went in at 8:49 pm to dine in but was greeted at the door by a young man asking was I picking up an order and when I said no, it was dine in I was told that they’re only taking to-go orders because of shift change. There was only one couple in there eating and when he noticed my eyes shift to them, he said that they were “the last dine in for the night”. Then further said that they cut off dine in at a certain time. He offered to place a to go order for me but my 8 yr old only wanted to dine in so we declined. They mentioned shift change yet I noticed 3 waitresses sitting down in the dining room talking and on their devices. Have you all switched back to Covid protocols or are you no longer a 24 hour establishment? Shift change is never a reason to deny service. Please update your Google hours to reflect this policy and dine in hours.
It was amazing people should go more often it was really packed which is a good thing, u do recommend bringing friends and family
