šHats off to āāMs. Maritzaāā, my Fabulous Server at 91 Depot Road in Hiram, GAā¦ My elderly friend left her wallet in the booth 9/2/25, THEN, left the restaurant! After a comedy of errors, I returned with her to the restaurant the next day. Maritza had put her wallet in IHOPās Safe, the night before. We need more Maritzaās in our world ā¦ what a Wonderful Human! IHOPā¦ you must be very proud to have Maritza in your employment. So Grateful for You. God Blessš«¶š¼

Ordered the 7.00 breakfast special for 2 seniors. Chicken biscuit meal for my 5 year old granddaughter. The first order of scrambled eggs were brown and rubbery. We asked for a better order of scrambled eggs,they looked and tasted like liquid eggs, they didn't taste or look like real eggs. We ask for a order of sausages,they were burnt. The whole meal was awful and took for ever to serve us. This $7 dollar special along with 3 drinks totaled to be $43.00. I went there because they are less expensive compared to Cracker barrel! Never again!

Waitress was horrible she disappeared often in the back room smoking her vape more than working or caring about the customers. Used to go there couple times a week thinking about going someplace else if this terrible service continues

Bad experience over all, slow service, server not attentive at all, they treat costumers like the costumers owes them something, ihop food is too good to have service like this, I have been a a costumer and I have also been there to pick up DoorDash orders and people work there like they donāt care about costumer service, tonight my wife went there to pick up a DoorDash order and the server or the person in charge was completely rude. If you donāt like working then you might as well stay home. If you donāt like your job, look for something else. Bad experience always, we have given this place a chance many times looking to have a better service, and unfortunately nothing changes, this is how businesses go down the drain.
These two entitled losers just walked in with their dog in their arms and the staff sat them beside us. What is wrong with people? Why would IHOP allow this? If you happen to be allergic to dogs, don't come here. Saturday May 24 2025 10:30am Health department should look into this. Mabe everyone should bring their pets, apparently it's ok.
