The new dishes are not that great

Slow but I have some patience maybe me and my dad's server was new but the food was good

O’Charley’s has the rare ability to choose fantastic folks to work with them. Every server is always beyond the ordinary in friendliness , observation skills , and professionalism.

It had been awhile since we visited this O'Charley's location, and it was not disappointing. Service was great 👍 and our server Stephen was friendly and took very good care of us. But to put it all together, the food was excellent. 5 stars for the cook and the server. We will make a return trip

Came in on a Wednesday evening for dinner and after 40 minutes of sitting there, nobody even came to take our drink order… there were maybe 5 tables of people so they weren’t super busy or anything. Just absolutely piss poor service.

Placed in a dark corner with a lack luster / dry waitress. Food was NASTYYY and not cooked well. This was my first date night in years. Very disappointed that I chose this O’ Charley’s! Famous Chicken Tendies my a**. Gross. Also. My Dr. Pepper tasted like straight FART. I am not even kidding. Happy Holidays to me…..never again.

Food is very good. Service is a hit or miss. The only real problem I see is the restrooms. They are in desperate need of a real deep clean. I’m not talking like squirt a lil cleaner and spread it around. It’s needs a professional cleaning. Walks and all. If it had been my first visit I would’ve left after seeing bathrooms.

For the longest time, it appears this location is about to close up. Years ago, they had some what a customer service conscientious crew. That went for the kitchen crew also. It's a sad situation.

I ordered the sirloin. Worst cut of meat I have ever had. Tough and chewy. It sounded like sawing through leather when cutting it. I know it's not a steakhouse, but the meat should at least be edible. I will not return.

Ordered on door dash earlier this week. My country fried steak was a Salisbury steak in disguise. The grilled mushrooms and onions must have been cooked at the same time as the mushrooms were done while the onions were still semi-raw. The mashed potatoes were nastier than sin. Ordered 2 servings of loaded potato soup that contained 6-8 pieces of potato between the 2 servings, as well as no bacon or chives. So basically, cheese soup with potato. Mac and cheese was all mac, no cheese. My peach cobbler was FROZEN and RAW. I had raw dough and uncooked peaches in my cobbler. Whomever packed my order must have felt bad that I had to cook my own cobbler, cause they included 2 when I ordered 1. DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE

Food was great! My sirloin steak was seasoned well, and cooked medium rare to perfection! The service was great as well! The loaded baked potato soup is always good. My kid had the bacon cheeseburger and ate it all, so I guess it was good. 😆

All of the oCharley’s in Alabama have closed. I haven’t been to one in probably 10+ years. I was craving the potato soup and rolls as soon as I saw the marquee near my hotel on Hiram, GA. It was excellent! It was evident they at esport staffed. But I sat at the bar and Steven was my server. Fantastic food and service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
