It's upsetting how they manage themselves. Went by an little over an hour before their closing time and they tell me they are limited on food items, whats on their counters is all they are offering now. Guess it's policy to stop cooking items way before closing. Come on Panda Express get your sht together, yall can do better than this.

I ordered and paid for over $70 worth of food online (I have a big family), got a text saying my order was ready just for me to go inside and them tell me that they were out of the sweetfire chicken that I ordered 4 entrees of. I don't care for the other entrees there so I asked how long it would take for them to make more and was told that they aren't making anymore until tomorrow and I ordered this 2 and a half hours before they close. This is the second time I have ordered this and they didn't have it and one other time I ordered it I literally got 2 pineapple pieces in my two entrees of it that I ordered. I literally would have gone somewhere else had I known they were out and refused to make more because that is honestly the only chicken I like from there. Poor customer service and quality control.

If you go after 5 pm you will absolutely have to wait for whatever you want because for some reason they don't think dinner rush is a real thing.

Only accepts CASH sometimes & no way to call their company corporate headquarters to complain, multiple times, the employees have wasted my time, either to wait for items to be cooked ( like rice, 15min wait ) & like wait in line 10min , get all of your food placed in front of you and then they tell you they only accept cash because their machines are messed up and they point to a very small handwritten sign that they placed on the side entrance of the door ? Also do not expect to get your order correct at the drive-thru window, mine has never been correct ! I'm tired of my time being wasted trying to get decent food, they really need to train their employees better to communicate with their patrons as soon as they entered the store they could tell you that their machines are not working .BTW -Patrons like Kung Pao chicken not Kung Pao squash - your kung pao chicken is 50% squash - WHY

Updating and adding stars because service has improved greatly over the padt few months.
I don't know why I bother. Every time I come there's a problem. They pull several cars up out of the drive thru to wait on food. It's at least a 20 minute wait for food.

Sat in the drive through for awhile to be told you can't get your pick up order through the drive through even though on the app it says you can. Then I went inside my order was not ready, I proceeded to wait an additional 15 plus minutes while multiple people coming in were served and left before I got my order

Charging for refills on a $3.00 drink is absurd. Do better. Be better. We the people.

I am unimpressed with the whole experience. The quality and quantity of the menu offerings is not in question. I've received an adequate portion size every time I've visited and the taste is fine. My beef with PE is no matter what time of day or which location I visit, they are almost guaranteed to be out of at least one thing that I'd like. Sometimes they are out of multiple selections. Tonight in example, I asked for a bowl and plate with white rice. First I was told I would have to wait for the rice which I was fine with. Then I get to the window to pay and there I was informed that they were out of white rice for the night. I wouldn't expect them to cook up some just for me minutes before close but this was easily 2 hours before closing. So how does a national chain allow their stores to run out of one of the most abundantly available foods on earth? Or is it that the staff simply can't be bothered to make up some more? Either way, it's a pretty poor excuse. I visit PE only about once every 6 months because of issues like this.

fiance brought us home lunch from the hiram location and it was absolutely awful!! egg rolls where like dry flavorless cardboard, rice was under cooked and tasteless.. the onions in her meal tasted sour and the packets of soy sauce tasted old and like vinegar. for what she paid for both meals you would think the food would be good. it wasn't and we will not be back.
