Called 8 times to try to avoid a 30 minute drive back to correct my order, clearly never got an answer. Ended up driving back and seems there was a manager on duty (black shirt) they corrected my order but still no explanation for why no one answered the phone other than “we didn’t hear it”

Horrible customer service from the drive thru girl & manager Danny.
My chicken had a funny smell & was slimy.
I politely asked to get something else & I’ll pay the difference. He said it was NO WAY possible to do it & then threw my receipt at me. Close window without any explanation of the refund.

Mixed reviews on this one. Gentleman that gave me the food when going in to pick up the to go order was friendly and attentive. Reason for the lower review was because they completely forgot to put my wife’s orange chicken in the container. We each ordered a 2 entree plate and her container that was supposed to have orange chicken was completely empty. How does that happen? Watching the other workers have a social hour was probably why but sucks to pay for and expect something when getting home to eat it and it’s not there.

They always have my online order ready when scheduled. You are greeted by very nice staff. My only issue is, when you request extra teriyaki sauce they don't give it to you. I usually open my bag and they only put a few in there. I have to ask for extra ones.

I went and get my usual bowl with half rice & greens, and honey sesame chicken breast. When I take a bite my mouth starts to burn and I spit it out because mind you this food is never spicy.. look through it and found black pieces of who knows what..

Apparently the only job the drive thru person has is to take orders but that didn’t happen because his headset was turned off! Then we proceeded to pull up to the window and he stared his battery was dead! Wow! 12 mins later.. I. Closing the chicken was raw and the call
I made to the manager was also useless.
