Really bad experience there was no food ready we had to wait long they were not ready at all the server cashier was polite but there is no excuses for line to be empty at lunch time

I don't know why I bother. Every time I come there's a problem. They pull several cars up out of the drive thru to wait on food. It's at least a 20 minute wait for food.

I am unimpressed with the whole experience. The quality and quantity of the menu offerings is not in question. I've received an adequate portion size every time I've visited and the taste is fine. My beef with PE is no matter what time of day or which location I visit, they are almost guaranteed to be out of at least one thing that I'd like. Sometimes they are out of multiple selections.
