Went through the drive through, ordered 3pc spicy tender w/ a side of red beans and rice. Got home and realized my biscuit was in half and the red beans and rice had scoops taken out of it as if someone was eating it already. DISGUSTING 🤮 Had to drive all the way back & the manager & employees never even apologized. Hate when people have horrible customer service because you knew what you signed up for when you applied.
Obviously they underpay and have a hiring freeze, like every other restaurant. It's easy.
PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A LIVING WAGE!
Simple as that. But hey, you're even too lazy to put a sign on the door.
