I was told use kiosk or leave. After standing 15 minutes waiting to order. While they just stood around. This is not acceptable. There is no customer service here. I don't understand how you can stay in business like this. I will be calling corporate!

Went through the drive-through and there were two cars at the speaker and one at the window waiting for food. It took 20 minutes to get to the window and a girl hand us the food without saying anything shut the window, but didn’t give us our two drinks and one frosty. I wait she motions for me to go and I have to tell her through the window, we didn’t get our drinks… She continues to motion for us to go. I scream through the window we didn’t get our drinks and she comes to the window and with a lot of attitude tells us that she can’t control the drink machine was down and closes the window. The manager then comes to the window, never apologizing for how this person acted And just looks at us and another young lady hands us our drinks and we leave! I will not step foot in that Wendy’s ever again and if I’m not contacted regarding this, I will not step foot in any Wendy’s again

If I could give zero stars i would, the manager sabrina was extremely rude when after 15 min in line I was handed cold food. Not wanting to waste more time i finally asked for a refund and a number to the district manager or General manager. She informed me she is the General manager and refused to give me a number for anyone. So I guess thats that, 30 min wasted waiting for her to get my refund and I won't be back

I visited during lunch time, the ladies at the windows were so courteous, quick and helpful. They made sure I had everything in the bag, napkins, straw and ketchup. I’ll be back.
This location was not open as stated on line when i stopped by at 639a. Very disappointing.

Every time I have come here, they are beyond slow on completing orders, regardless of if they are mobile orders, placed in store, the time of day ordered.... Literally nothing changes. I should not be waiting 20 minutes for a single meal order. The last time I came here literally no one was in line except for me and it took the workers ten minutes to even start my order. The meandering pace everyone works at (when they work at all) is infuriating.
