THEY DIDN'T EVEN MAKE ME THE RIGHT SANDWICH!!!
Still waiting 20 minutes after a mobile order for this incompetent staff to try and make ONE breakfast combo. When I pulled in there were 0 cars in the drive thru they told me to pull to the mobile spot. After waiting 10 minutes I pulled back around and they said they didn't submit the order. 10 minutes after that they asked me to again pull up because they didn't make my coffee correctly. She didn't even give me the chance to ask for some ketchup. Another 5 minutes and now I have my cold burnt meal. First time trying Wendy's breakfast and I will not be back. No fast food tastes good enough to wait through this

The service was a little bit awkward had one worker bitching about stuff. They shouldn’t perform like that in front of the customer. The other one had my order, but one thing was missing like the boo book for October not available so don’t purchase that so they replace that with some fries The breakfast sandwich was nasty they just slapped it together like in the picture you can see the sandwich. Needless to say I did not eat it. I just ate the fries however there is one exceptional worker angel sweet girl and she did her job well. The drinks were fresh. The fries were fresh just not the sandwich. The place was clean when entering building it’s not handicap friendly when you enter the building.

I ordered a apple pecan salad and all i got was lettuce and chicken. Who ever made these salads needs to be fired. 9$ for lettuce. No thank you . I will not come back and will continue to post negative reviews

Horrible experience. Ordered with the app and waited 20 minutes to get to the window only for them to say they didn’t have the order. Told me to go inside but the doors were locked! Knocking only got me ignored. Order canceled going to Moe‘s!

I was really disappointed with my visit to this Wendy’s. We chose to dine in, but right away we noticed a couple of hairs on the counter by the register, which was not a good first impression. The food didn’t make up for it either — the fries tasted old, like they’d been sitting out since the night before. Overall, it felt like cleanliness and food quality were not a priority at this location. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

Terrible experience, the inside was closed at dinner time. The drive through took forever. I had ordered online to pickup inside and didn’t find out until after i had paid that it was locked. Then i had to wait in the drive through for 20 min to get the order i already paid for

I recently visited this location, and the cashiers at the register were very pleasant and customer friendly! However, the manager with red braids and no gloves on while handling food should be coached ! If a patron simple request for fresh fries and nuggets requires a response of “Always our people”, then she should take a look at herself! As a fellow manager myself, I find it extremely inappropriate to wear fire red braids to work especially at that big grown age of hers! Secondly, if I want my food fresh then that’s what I want. I paid for it didn’t I? The slick remarks under your breath shouldn’t be made, and you should put some gloves on while serving food. Lastly, you got the hair down pack like Wendy herself, just change your attitude and you would be the perfect representation of Wendy! Hopefully that doesn’t go over your head!

Customer service SUCKS. After I pulled off from the intercom, I forgot to order some cookies. I got to the 1st window, and advised the 2 guys there before I paid. The white dude with long hair and tattoos said that he didnt know how to add and for me to tell the 2nd window and pay there. I got there and told the young lady, and she said the manager said they couldn't do it and I had to drive thru again. Mind you, there were no other cars behind me. I told her to have the manager speak to me. The manager (a black woman) came outside for me to pull up and said that her boss told them that they can't add things at the window bc of window times. I said so they rather lose money, and she shrugged. I won't be back here off of principle alone.

I was told use kiosk or leave. After standing 15 minutes waiting to order. While they just stood around. This is not acceptable. There is no customer service here. I don't understand how you can stay in business like this. I will be calling corporate!
