“This is my go-to restaurant for a home cooked burger. The portion side is huge! Tasty crinkle cut fries accompany the burger with crispy goodness. The BBQ may be what they are known for, but the burger is the best around this little community especially at the price you would pay for a frozen pre-made patty at fast food!“

“I attended their Crawfish Festival today. From the day I bought my ticket to spending the day with them today Chris and his staff did an excellent job. I felt like family amongst them. “Mr. Scott is always the nicest man! You have taken a step back in time when entering. They really care about what you want, and what you think of their product. We found them about 5 years ago and have never gotten any bad BBQ from them (especially love the ribs!). It is not fancy, it's like going to your grandma's for dinner. You know you are welcome!“

“I can’t vouch for the BBQ brisket but as a thirty year resident of Central Texas they have righteous breakfast tacos. BBQ setup looked legit and smelled amazing. I did a u-turn and tried it based on that alone. The chorizo was amazing.“

Try as many different sides as you can and be prepared to share! The fried pork skins made fresh on site were unbelievable and immediately took our Puerto Rican friend back to his childhood! I know, no matter which dining facility I go to, that the food will be freaking awesome, the staff will be friendly and answer any questions I may have (and repeat it since I have hearing issues). “It was a to go order and the food was brought to the car . It was warm and delicious . We had a grilled Salmon and a Tbone ( like) steak ! The sides were so Devine I ate my steak the next day . Brussels sprouts were so yummmy I SQUATED to honor them , the French Onion soup made me HOLLER like they were whooping my behind, may be the best I have had ! Give it a try !! I mean that soup calls my name and I try to communicate .. wish I had a bowl now !!“

“Food and customer service were good. However, I’ve been to many KBBQ spots, even in cities smaller than Athens, and they all offered more options. This place is definitely the most expensive with the fewest choices. The all-you-can-eat is around $35. I understand it’s the only KBBQ spot in the area, which I’m assuming is why it’s so pricey despite having fewer options than a typical all you can eat KBBQ.“

“It's a fast food bbq'ish .. fairly clean, with a good staff. Friendly and they do care about what they serve you. I wasn't being clear to what I wanted and received a coleslaw sandwich jajajaaaa. Yep, to end my April fools day, I ended up ordering a coleslaw sandwich with extra extra coleslaw. Even though I'm sure it was my own doings... they replaced the sandwich and even gave a thank you with have a nice day.. now those are good people. I am a bit of a bar be que snob.. but if you want some basic bbq on the quick. This is not a bad place to end up. Oh, ya'll this ain't no April fool joke.“
