I ordered a salad as I need to be gluten free and asked the cashier to ask the food prep people change gloves to avoid cross contact. Sadly, I heard the cashier laugh with another employee about it. I asked whether he asked for them to wear fresh gloves and he said yes. I watched the entire time food was being prepared and never saw gloves being changed. When I got the salad it had fried chicken on it. Definitely not gluten free. The manager gladly refunded my money.Dietary restrictions: Don't eat here if you have dietary restrictions.

The Gm Lexi very disrespectful , I told cashier no slaw extra fries . Plate came out with slaw. I took it back to them the Gm wanted me to pass my food back over there counter. You don't suppose to oast food across the counter once it crossed. She had a attitude smacked her teeth. Very rude. I always come to this location never had this problem before.Parking: Alot

I really like this Zaxbys location. They prepare the food just right and have very nice attendees. Only thing I've noticed from time to time is that they will load you up with Ranch sauce and not give the other sauce that should come with the order. Most orders should have Ranch and Zaxbys sauce unless you tell them differently. This time they gave me 4 Ranch sauces and no Zaxbys sauce. I'm a little disappointed, but not enough to rate them less than 5 stars. I still think they do a great job overall. Guess it depends on who waits on you to what sauce you Get.
