Great experience at this distillery! The moonshine was smooth and the brandy was rich and well-balanced. You can really tell care and craftsmanship go into every bottle. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was knowledgeable and happy to explain the process and flavors. Definitely worth a stop if you enjoy quality spirits—highly recommend! Only open on weekdays.
Dropped in on my way through Monticello to pick up a bottle for my friend. We've been exchanging local or unusual finds for years. I expected to pop in, get a local, and get back on the road. I got much more.The proprietor took the time to explain all of their several offerings and encouraged me to taste them (yeah ... twist my arm). I'm not a brandy guy, but their process provides a clean, clear tasting product that impresses. Even the Moonshine Corn liquor was extremely smooth...read full review
