The issue with this location is, it is ALL over the place. Food is sometimes great but then other times terrible. When it's good though it's great. Enough to keep chancing going back. I just wish it was good every time....
The food here was absolutely amazing as it usually is but the main thing that really helped make the experience better was the perfect service from the employees that worked today and especially James who was extremely nice and respectful everytime I come into the zaxbys in jackson and the speed the food arrived along with the perfect quality only made things 10 times more enjoyable
Zada and Emily were friendly and had great costumer service! The food was 10 stars! The best zaxbys salad I had in years! We usually go to Monroe/Loganville. I will be a returning customer when I come through town!
