I usually just go through the drive thru here, but today I decided to go inside and I was actually glad I did. Received better service than I've received at a Zaxby's in a long time! The management has really stepped up and got this place running a lot better than it was. Service was courteous and fast and the food was impressive as well. Fries were seasoned perfectly and chicken was the right temperature. 👍👍 To Jackson Zaxby's
The issue with this location is, it is ALL over the place. Food is sometimes great but then other times terrible. When it's good though it's great. Enough to keep chancing going back. I just wish it was good every time....
The food here was absolutely amazing as it usually is but the main thing that really helped make the experience better was the perfect service from the employees that worked today and especially James who was extremely nice and respectful everytime I come into the zaxbys in jackson and the speed the food arrived along with the perfect quality only made things 10 times more enjoyable
