“Let's call it a 4.5. Beautiful mountainside location overlooking North Georgia mountains. Perhaps one of the prettiest views. Relaxed vibe. Lots of outside seating with folks bringing picnic lunches to snack on while enjoying the wine and the view. Very nice staff, and yes there are goats! They didn't have glasses of wine from their locally-sourced grapes which was a disappointment. I would have liked to have tasted something grown in their vineyard without having to purchase a bottle. Overall a very enjoyable experience.“
“Had a Great time there! Very friendly and Great wine!“
“We recently took our friends to spend an afternoon at Engelheim Vineyards. Everything was wonderful - nice wines, yummy British pies, charcuterie, beautiful scenery, and relaxing live music. The place is family owned and the owners are attentive and engaging. We went to see the wedding venue there and it is lovely! We highly recommend this vineyard in Ellijay!“
“Nice winery, nice ambiance, nice staff, decent selection. The partner with other local wineries to offer some of the other wines as well. It think that's very nice to support each other's local wineries. There is no wine tasting on the weekends according to the staff because they have live music and it gets busy. I don't necessarily agree with that, however, they will provide complentary splashes for you to try. Respectfully, just my opinion, but doing wine tasting on a weekend should be a priority. Overall, very nice place to visit if you are in the area and to sit outside and hear the live music is $5 extra. I don't mind to pay extra and sit outside to hear live music. If you are in the area. Check it out.“

“We come up at the same time every year to Big Canoe. we had headed to Jasper for lunch and wanted to surprise my mother in law with a little additional adventure on the way back to Big Canoe. She loved it! Glad you had a craft beer selection for my husband, also.“
