Wendy's is a restaurant located near a major highway, attracting a lot of traffic. The location was clean and newly updated, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The Double Baconator on a Pretzel Bun was surprisingly well-made and tasty, resembling the picture. The spicy chicken nuggets were also tasty, with just the right amount of heat. However, the fries were not crispy and slightly overcooked. The service was friendly, but there were concerns about the cleanliness of the restaurant, with sticky drink lines and unstocked restrooms. Despite ordering a grilled chicken ranch wrap without lettuce, it still had lettuce in it. A customer had to wait for their to-go order to be remade properly when the first one was undercooked. Overall, the food was okay, and the staff was pleasant and efficient, ensuring a smooth experience.

The lunch time manager is awesome! Never a long wait in the drive thru!

I really appreciate Jacob’s help yesterday with my order! He went out of his way to make sure my husband had his lunch ready on time as we were in a time crunch! Awesome service and way to go above and beyond!

This Wendy's seems to be hit or miss. For us, it was a miss. Sunday afternoon and they did not have any baked potatoes ready. Okay, fine. We'll get a couple of burgers for me (I'll skip the buns) and fries for Mrs. K. The burgers were okay, cooked properly and assembled properly. The fries were not hot, were undercooked and were oversalted. Come on, Wendy's!
