We placed our order online. The confirmation ticket indicated 15 to 20 min for our order to be ready for pickup. Upon arrival, no one could find our pizza...they found the order, confirmed it had been made, and then realized they gave our order to someone else. After having to wait an additional 20+ minutes for another order to be prepared, no one even had the courtesy to apologize or offer any type of compensation for the mixup. My family loves Papa John’s Pizza! We ordered takeout last night (2 lg pizzas). When we got them home we noticed an envelope in between the boxes with our name on it.
