“My family loves Papa John’s Pizza! We ordered takeout last night (2 lg pizzas). When we got them home we noticed an envelope in between the boxes with our name on it. When we opened it, we found multiple gift cards for freebies to use in the future as a thank you from the awesome manager, Daniel! What a nice surprise and a genuine way to show their gratitude for a loyal customer. Thank you Daniel and staff at Papa John’s.....it certainly wasn’t necessary, but it is much appreciated!!“

Our pizza was ready and we had to wait twenty minutes for our breadsticks. entire meal is cold and my fiancé forgot our soda because he was so frustrated with the wait on BREAD STICKS. I’ve worked in customer service forever- even on midnights at a McDonald’s with ONE OTHER PERSON 😂 it’s the customer service that’s the most disappointing“
