I placed a fairly large order and they had it ready and it was all correct.
New wrap is on point. My only complain is the fact I cannot customize much. Like even extra lettuce is a hard no. Sad but true.
Had an unplanned, not so quick get together with My family, my mother, several nieces and nephews, and an aunt...the staff was very accommodating and patient as the young man at the counter took the 13 orders. Nobody bothered us about sitting there and catching up for half an hour after we had all finished our meals. Dont get to see family all that often, and im very thankful for the opportunity. Also, the food was very good and came out quick.

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a popular fast food restaurant that offers delicious chicken meals and a variety of sides. Customers often enjoy the food, noting that it is consistently good and comes out quickly. The restaurant has a welcoming and open space, making it a comfortable place to gather with family or friends. Many appreciate the friendly and polite staff, especially at the counter, though some mention that service could be more attentive. The drink machine with many options is a favorite feature.
However, there are concerns about cleanliness, as some reviews mention dirty floors, sticky tables, and an unclean bathroom. These issues can affect the overall experience. In addition, some customers have experienced delays or unclear communication during the to-go process, leading to food sitting on the counter and arriving at room temperature. Despite these problems, the food remains a highlight, with some guests especially loving items like the cheesecake bites with red sauce and the Mr. Beast box that kids enjoy.
Overall, Zaxbys is appreciated for its tasty food and friendly staff, but improvements in cleanliness and customer service could enhance the dining experience.
