“I give this place 4.5 stars only because one of the sushi rolls that I ordered was very plain and bland. The roll in question was the Lobster roll which was $28.. It was basically one chunk of lobster with cucumber on the inside which had zero flavor. I will attach pics.
The other roll that I had (John’s creek roll) was amazing! It was packed with plenty of flavor due to multiple ingredients and the appearance was top notch! Chef David and staff were very friendly! Would I recommend this place to a friend or stranger? Yes! Definitely!
Just because I wasn’t impressed with one of the rolls that I ordered doesn’t mean that this place will be off limits to me.
The menu is loaded with a great variety of sushi that I will be sure to try upon my next visit!
Again, The atmosphere and service was great! I recommend that you give this place a try if you are a Sushi connoisseur like myself!“

“Although the dining area is small, the food is what is of most interest here! The wings are only one of the stars at this small, unassuming eatery! I tried the sweet and sour wings, which are made to order, and from what I've heard, their lemon-pepper wings are the stuff of legend, as they have been featured in Bon Appetit' twice! I also enjoyed their Lamb Biryani, and it was absolutely delicious! The lamb had a spicy kick, and the rice was flavorful and tasty. Will definitely be back for other dishes!“

The drinks were really colorful and tasty and the staff was super pleasant and accommodating. They were very accommodating in every way, and the food was fabulous. After 40 years of marriage to a Persian (who is an amazing cook, along with his sisters), I’ve tasted a LOT of Persian food, and Dyar is authentic and delicious. Thank you, Alex, for a lovely day. Your timing, presentation, and portions were perfect and everything was elegant.
