“I give this place 4.5 stars only because one of the sushi rolls that I ordered was very plain and bland. The roll in question was the Lobster roll which was $28.. It was basically one chunk of lobster with cucumber on the inside which had zero flavor. I will attach pics.
The other roll that I had (John’s creek roll) was amazing! It was packed with plenty of flavor due to multiple ingredients and the appearance was top notch! Chef David and staff were very friendly! Would I recommend this place to a friend or stranger? Yes! Definitely!
Just because I wasn’t impressed with one of the rolls that I ordered doesn’t mean that this place will be off limits to me.
The menu is loaded with a great variety of sushi that I will be sure to try upon my next visit!
Again, The atmosphere and service was great! I recommend that you give this place a try if you are a Sushi connoisseur like myself!“

“I have come here a few times in the past year and each time the food has been top notch! I’m absolutely addicted to their “gringo” queso dip, super soft and melts right away it is definitely a highlight compared to other places. The quesadillas were pretty fulfilling and also appreciated the vegetarian option, my friend tried the vegan mango quinoa salad and loved it!
Service has been hit on miss at times but last visit the manager was there (or owner not sure) and I was impressed with the overall quality. Will be coming back soon!“

“My first time here and it was a great experience. The owner was kind and patient, entertaining my million questions about the menu. He let me sample the chicken curry, goat curry, & even the fish & eggplant fish dish he made for staff lunch. The curry was delicious but too spicy for my tolerance level. I got the lamb kabab kati roll, garlic teriyaki wings & fried rice (lunch special), & vegetable samosa. Everything was made to order so it's hot and fresh. The kati roll was like a foot long. The flavor wasn't what I'm used to but I still inhaled it so no pics. I was too full to eat the rest. My only complaint is how hot and small the place was so it's not ideal for dine-in. Come with an open mind if you never had Deshi food before.“

“Barrel Room is a nice relaxing place to get a drink. I ordered the Manhattan and a Old Fashioned. Both drinks were made perfectly. Bartenders was very friendly and attentive. I only ordered fries, but there is other bar food items available. There's also a outdoors patio, if you want to enjoy the fresh air.“

“The is yet another hidden gem in the new chic foodie scene of Dunwoody. The sky views of the cities corporate offices makes you feel like you are in Manhattan at an upscale grown and sexy club. The drinks were really colorful and tasty and the staff was super pleasant and accommodating. It’s walking distance to anyone in the Perimeter area and we will definitely be back during the fall weather to enjoy some drinks on their balcony with an amazing view of America’s tallest suburban twin towers, the King and Queen buildings.“

They were very accommodating in every way, and the food was fabulous. After 40 years of marriage to a Persian (who is an amazing cook, along with his sisters), I’ve tasted a LOT of Persian food, and Dyar is authentic and delicious. Thank you, Alex, for a lovely day.
